It was another day in the office for you as TWICE's manager. Today, you had to get up bright and early for a meeting that JYP himself asked for. While the meeting itself wasn't supposed to be all that serious, for some reason he scheduled it very early in the morning. Fearing the long day ahead which included a TV shoot later in the afternoon, you got a full travel mug full of strong coffee ready.

"...morning..." Jihyo mumbled, walking into the kitchen while you were making coffee.

"Morning. Coffee?" You asked, holding out the pot from the coffee machine.

"Yes please."

As you poured her a mug, the alarm on your phone rang, signifying that you had to leave for the meeting. So after saying a quick goodbye to Jihyo, you grabbed everything you needed and headed for the office.

When you arrived at the JYPe building, it was surprisingly quiet, probably because it was earlier than when you normally arrived at the office. After the short walk to the conference rooms, you found that there was absolutely no one around, and in fact, you only remembered seeing the first few office workers enter the building on your walk.

'Hmm... Must be a slow morning for everyone else...' You thought as you sat down in one of the chairs. Since you had the room to yourself, you took advantage of it by working on your laptop in the designated meeting room while sipping on your double shot coffee in your travel mug. Unfortunately or fortunately for you, you realised after reading through your emails that you accidentally arrived 30 minutes early.

"Oh, Y/N-ssi. You're early this morning." Youkyoung stopped at the door as she was walking by, right as you were facepalming.

"Morning. Yeah, I got this morning's meeting time mixed up." You explained sadly.

"Haha, been there. It's probably about MAMA coming up, so it'll most likely be a lot of listening."

"Oh, that's right... Awards season is just around the corner."

"Well, I'll leave you to it then. Have a good rest of your day." She finished with a smile before walking back towards her reception desk.

Once you were left to your own devices, slowly but surely other staff entered the room for the meeting. One thing you did notice was that there was a significant number of staff from the Stray Kids side of the agency in this meeting, few of whom you were familiar with.

"Good morning everyone. Let's get started." JYP announced to the room as he walked in with a tablet in hand.

Essentially, MAMA 2018 was just around the corner and both TWICE and Stray Kids were going to be attending as well as performing in the Japan show. To make travel easier, both JYP artists would be travelling together, which you thought was just a logistical nightmare, but ultimately it was out of your hands.

"Now, out of the group managerial staff, there are only a few of you that have partaken in a project of this magnitude. So, we're going to have group leads who will be responsible for their respective groups, and you will be in close communication throughout the trip." JYP explained. "We'll have Eunsoo from Stray Kids and Y/N from TWICE since Jeongbong is on sabbatical."

"Yes sir." You both responded at the same time, followed by a shared look of acknowledgement between each other.

"Now that this is sorted, I trust each team will be ready for their respective performances. Eunsoo and Y/N, please work on transportation plans and get them to me by the end of the week. Everyone is dismissed."

As everyone slowly made their way out, you and Eunsoo remained in the room to discuss the plans that you two needed to make. "Ready to get to work?" You asked as he walked over.
