He chuckled before staring at her with his loving gaze, the one that could melt her in a second as he continued narrating the daydream about their wedding.
"Imagine the time you would be my wife and I would be your husband. Our kids would run around the house and call us 'Mom' and 'Dad'. Damn baby, I am never letting you go. You are stuck with me forever. Do you get it?"

You stood there like every other guest standing there to cheer for the newly weds as they kissed each other sealing their relationship in a strong bond. While you smiled with everyone else, your heart cried in equally happiness and sadness. Happiness because Taehyung was finally married to Iseul and sadness because whatever you both once held was over, completely.
Jungkook slipped his hand into yours, intertwining your fingers as everyone stepped forward to congratulate the couple. You looked down at your intertwined hands before looking at his side profile while he felt his eyes fixed in the front. Warmness filled your heart at his small gesture as you stared at him in admiration.
When Taehee walked down the stage and made her way somewhere further, you watched Jungkook looking at her longingly while she smiled at him with sadness clouding her eyes before completely walking away from there. Your eyes dropped on the ground as you swiftly pulled your hand away from his before excusing yourself from him.
"Please, excuse me."
Jungkook frowned his eyebrows in concern as he watched your figure disappearing somewhere. He knew you would be hurt after watching the love of your life getting married to someone else. He fisted his hands, gulping down harshly. The very thought of you getting hurt, pained him both physically and emotionally.

You stood before the mirror of the restroom looking at your own reflection feeling defeated and confused with your own feelings. Why suddenly the thought of Jungkook leaving you scared you so much? The answer was so simple and clear. You broke into silent sobs, letting the tears to wet your dry cheeks. Hands clutching onto the sides of the basin as you dropped your head letting your shoulders to shake with your cries as the next words left from your mouth, effortlessly.
