Accident~

"Halley,"

Lucas called my name as soon as he entered my room. Pagkatapos ng maiksing pag-uusap namin ni Xavier ay dumiretso na 'ko dito. Kiefer and Zain was also inside. Hindi pa sila nag-aalmusal but, when they knew that I have no appetite for breakfast, hindi na rin sila bumaba para kumain.

"Why aren't you guys eating downstairs? Have you eat your breakfast?" tanong sa'min ni Lucas.

"We don't have the appetite, Lucas." si Zain.

"Bakit naman?"

"Nagda-drama kasi 'tong ka—"

"Lucas, can we find my parents now?" I cut Zain's word before she could even spill something she shouldn't.

"Halley, I already asked my men to look for them but if you want, we can personally search for your parents."

"Then let's do it. I want to go back to Earth as soon as possible." I darted a gaze at Lucas and he nodded.

"You saw your father during the party in Ace palace, meaning, they might be in Ace now. We'll use my chopper to go there then, we'll stroll around using my car in the whole Kingdom. This can lead us to none but, it is all we can do for now."

"That's fine. Let's go," I said and got a sling bag from the cabinet. Tumayo na rin si Zain at Kiefer sa kanilang kinauupuan at sumunod sa'kin.

"Wait, they're coming with us?" Lucas asked, pointing out my friends.

"Oo, bakit Lucas? Akala mo masosolo mo kaibigan namin 'no? Sasama kami. Wala rin naman kaming magagawa rito." si Zain.

Lucas scratched his head a bit and let my friends go first after me. Nakita ko si Sgt. Harvey at Celeste sa labas ng aking kuwarto. Nagpaalam ako sa kanila na aalis kami kasama si Lucas. They agreed and forbid their goodbyes.

"Dumaan muna tayo sa dining area," sabi ni Lucas ng makarating kami sa ground floor. Agad niya akong nahawakan sa kamay kaya't hindi na 'ko naka-angal. Lumingon ako kayla Zain at sumunod naman sila.

When we entered the dining area, agad sumalubong sa aking paningin si Xavier na naka-upo sa gitna, at si Samantha na nasa dati kong puwesto. They are eating their breakfast.

"Lucas!" napatayo si Samantha nang makita ang katabi ko. She looks so much happy by merely seeing the sight of him. Lumapit si Lucas sa kanya habang hahawak-hawak pa rin ang kamay ko. Napansin kong bumaba ang tingin doon ni Samantha at bahagyang nagbago ang kanyang ekspresyon.

"Sam," Lucas smiled at her and tapped her shoulder.

Samantha's eyes were shifted on me. "Clardia..."

I also smiled at her. "Samantha,"

Muli na akong hinila ni Lucas papunta sa kabilang banda ng mesa. He sat in front of Samantha while I sat beside him. Sila Zain naman ay umupo rin sa tabi ko. I saw them glance at Samantha which made the latter stooped her head a little.

Tinawag ni Lucas si Mr. Lincoln upang sabihin na magpadala pa ng pagkain sa hapag-kainan para sa'min. After that, deafening silence hulled the whole dining area.
