Backstory: Ugauc's parents handed his egg over to Vrael's Dragon Riders shortly before the fall. He was one of the bound eggs held in the Vault of Secrets. A year after Eragon set up the Academy, Ugauc hatched to Alys. Six years later he was killed by the last of Helgrind's followers and disgorged his Eldunarí shortly before his death. His death was brought upon by Seithr Oil.
Personality: Ugauc is confident and has an eye for pretty, shiny things. He likes to prioritize being pretty over being practical, but it rarely happens. He dislikes training but will do it to remain pretty in battle and to earn himself a hot bath afterwards. Although he and Alys are polar opposites, he's very protective of her and trusts her judgement with regard to his jewellery and looks. he's quite sensitive, so he likes compliments from people other than Alys. To battle his narcissistic nature, he tries to be generous and hands out compliments as often as he can, especially to those he's closest with (compliments and gifts are his love language.) He likes to look his best for everyone, to have his scales look as untouched as when he hatched and to shimmer like an emerald.
