Why don't I understand?
In this world there are millions of people,
Yet I am all alone.
I don't belong here

So where do I belong?
Among the pages of a book,
There are magical lands
Filled with dreams and wonder
With mountains tall and oceans wide
Magical creatures there abide
If only
If only I could go there
If only
If only they were real
Why do I feel all alone?

But when I open a book and walk right in
It surrounds me
The adventure
The excitement
The beauty
It consumes me
