London, England

Daisie was sound asleep by 10pm that night, her bed looked too tempting. The time was currently 1:57am and the girl was awoken by the sound of her door opening.

"Daisie? Are you awake?" A tired sounding Mason whispered.

"No" the girl croaked back.

Mason pressed the door shut behind him and shuffled to the side of the bed where Daisie was positioned. The girls long, brunette hair was sprawled out of her pillow and her doe eyes peaked out from her covers. The room was dark therefore nothing could be made out.

"What's wrong Mason?" She asked, voice cracking from how tired she was. The boy felt guilty waking her up but he was a tired mess himself. "Can't sleep" he shrugged and the girl immediately lifted the duvet, patting the spot beside her for him to lay down in.

The boy wasted no time in slipping in beside her, feeling instant warmth and comfort. This wasn't odd to either of the two, constantly sneaking into each other's beds when they were little. However, now they were supposedly independent adults but realistically Mason missed when they were innocent children.

The girl rolled over, facing Mason and  reached her hand out, touching his chiselled jaw. "You're such a baby sometimes;" she whispered, the hairs on Masons neck quickly standing up. "I still love you however", the brunette let go of his face and turned over again but this time, she was pulled into Masons arms from behind, spooning her with no shirt on and baring only a simple pair of boxers. That butterfly in Daisie's stomach was back only she was too tired to realise.

"I love you too!"

The sun was shining aggressively through the window, blinding the sleeping girl who stirred awake at this.

Daisie sat up, glancing over at the boy who had his head in her lap, hugging her legs and still completely out for the count. Without realising, she started playing with his hair. She had always wanted this, a morning to wake up beside someone who cares. Albeit, they had no real feelings for eachother, it was just nice to have him there.

The girl quietly unfolded the duvet and got out of the bed, carefully not to wake Mason considering this must be the first time he has been asleep for so long in a while. Daisie pulled the curtains on the window and the light in the room was dimmed.

Mason began to shift in the double bed, uncomfortably. The girl couldn't help but watch him. "Daisie?" He groaned in search for where she was within the sheets.

"I'm over here, sleeping beauty", she smiled, watching him sit up and rub his eyes. Daisie Delore could help to admit, Mason had an intriguing morning voice and messy hair on him was godly.

Mason looked up and her and smiled back. "Come back to bed, Dee!" He pleaded. The girl simply shook her head, approached him around the side of the bed and kissed his forehead. "I have to go for a run, but you stay here and get some more sleep, okay?" She said still smiling. The petite girl quickly grabbed some clothes and looked back at him.

Mason gave her a small nod and buried himself under the covers again. This was Daisies cue to leave. Walking through the hall, Daisie couldn't help but smile to herself. She realised there was a feeling in her stomach that was all too familiar, smile slowly flattering.

Clutching her stomach, Daisie Delore sauntered to the bathroom, dressing her small body and throwing her hair up into a pony. She was brought to a halt by the sound of loud snoring, lips curling into a smirk.

Daisie tied her shoes, zipped up her jacket and left the house.
