The Paranormal Liberation Front or PLF is a union formed between the League of Villains and the members of the Meta Liberation Army who survived their introduction arc, created after Rikiya Yotsubashi gave Tomura Shigaraki control of his organization, Their combat doctrine is almost similar to the Brotherhood of Nod, with large amount of infantry and hit and run tactics due to them knowing the firepower of the Global Defense Initiative, while their vehicles and equipment are from the underground Black Market, stolen from military use or manufactured but their soldiers are augmented with powerful quirks like regeneration.
