Cheer returned to the hearts of the people as masks were taken off, postmen kissed princes freely, and people could live without fear of catching the plague. Master glass craftsmen went back to making cups, bottles, lamps, and alike. Syringes were no longer needed. Trade flourished between Roma and Germania. Tellings of prosperity were dictated to scribes. And in perfect calligraphy was written: "Let this be known as the Golden Age!"
