The Truth Always Comes Out

A/N: I think y'all gonna hate me for this.. but y'all asked for angst.

The last two days on the trip were pure heaven for Adora.

Well, that was kind of a lie. She felt a crazy amount of guilt.

She had been waiting for Lonnie. She technically was going to cheat on Catra.

Was it cheating if this was supposed to be fake?

Adora had decided yes. She knew she was in love with Catra. What was going to happen if Catra found out?

Adora wasn't thinking correctly! Anger had clouded her judgement. And if Catra hadn't shown up before Lonnie, Adora didn't want to imagine what would've happened that night.

'I'll just not tell her.' Adora decided. What she deosn't know can't hurt her.

Right?

She was currently packing her and Catra's luggage for the ride home while Catra slept in the blonde's single bed in the hotel room. Catra seemed really tired. Adora figured the brunette needed a break. Plus Catra had much less luggage than Adora, helping was the least she could do.

The last days relationship wise were great. She went ice skating with Catra which was really fun.She also played hockey against some her other friends while Catra cheered her on. And the end of the day, they all sat around the fire with coco and marshmallows.

Once she finished everything up, she ad gotten a text.

Glimmer : Come here. NOW!

Adora huffed before getting her clothes on and going to Glimmer's room.

Adora sat in Glimmer's bed, mouth open wide. "Holy shit.." she muttered.

Glimmer had shown her the video the had currently been going around to the class. It consisted of her, and Catra, in the hot tub.

Luckily for the both of them, there wasn't anything too explicit in the video. And the water jets made it so they could barely be heard. Though it was quite obviously them.

Adora laughed nervously, "Well this is embarrassing."

"Embarrassing is an understatement. I'm embarrassed for you." Glimmer scolded, being the mom friend she was. "What could have possibly possessed you to do that?"

"Catra is hot! And she was in a bikini! A small one! What did you expect me to do?" Adora argued. "You act like I'm some pure saint or something."

"I'm not saying that Adora. I'm just disappointed. And confused. What happened to fake dating? And how did Lonnie even get the video?"

Adora's eyes widened. "Wait Lonnie?!" Glimmer nodded. "She's the one spreading it around. An email blast was sent to the whole class."

"Catra's going to murder me."

"You didn't answer my question." Glimmer reminded, rolling her eyes. Adora gulped.

"IkindagotmadatCatraandlonnietoldmetomeetheratthehottub. ButthenCatracame anditjusthappened! I didn't think Lonnie was there!"

"So let me get this straight, you were mad at Catra for what? Sitting with Bow instead of you? So for revenge you were going to do who knows what with Lonnie?"

"Well when you put it like that.." Adora muttered. "I didn't mean for this to happen! I was being stupid and now I hurt Catra."

"Adora, I think you two need to talk." Glimmer advised. Adora nodded, huffing and leaving back to her room.
