turning on your heel, you glanced behind you to see niki running towards you "what?" you sounded tired, tired of everything. but you know life doesn't end here or you hoped so "you good?" you sighed at his concerned face "not like anyone cares, what do you want?" you asked nonchalantly, niki was a bit taken aback by your voice of tone.
"well, there's a party, december nine!" he ran down the hall "at six, we'll be waiting!" you furrowed your brows "we...?" making your way back to your class, your mind wasn't able to concentrate on the board or lessons the whole day.
"heyo" junghwan joined you, you sighed loudly nodding "hey" junghwan frowned at your dull demeanor, pressing his lips into a thin line he knew something has happened.
"what happened—" you didn't let him finish his sentence "he loves her" you said bluntly with a poker face. not a hint of emotion was visible in your face and the tone of your voice. junghwan was taken aback but it was obvious all this time, not knowing what to say or how to comfort his friend, he let out an agitated sigh "what'd she say?" you halted on your track.
