The Dance

Thursday- After School

I walked out the school gates to see Caspar standing on the grass at the side on his phone.

I walked up to him and said "You ready?"

"Yeah sure."

So we both walked down the street and to the bus stop to get the bus into town.

In town
"Can we go into this shop here?" I asked Caspar as I pointed to a shop getting closer.

"Okay wherever." He said smiling at me. So I smiled up at him back.

Why so awkward

I opened the shop door and I was stunned by all the colours and sparkles.

Immediately, I saw a dress and fell in love with it. I rushed towards it, Caspar slowly walking behind, and grabbed it.

I walked towards the changing room which was really posh and had a purple and white theme.

I came out the changing room with the dress on.

Caspar was sitting on a small stool immersed in his phone.

"What do you think?" I said and twirled around.

He looked up from his phone and his face lighted up. And no it wasn't the light off the screen off his phone.

"Wow." He said.
"What? too much?"
"No, no. Perfect." He said with a little grin.
"Aw, thanks." I said trying not to blush.

The dress was light blue on the bottom and it slightly touched the ground. The top was black and strapless. The two colours joined at my hip and they were joined by black lace.

We got on the bus, I put one headphone in and offered the other to Caspar.

He took it and put it in his ear.

Soon enough we were listening to Justin Bieber and Skrillex.

We walked into my house and I tried to rush Caspar to my room as quickly as possible without anyone seeing, but when we got to the top of the stairs, Dan comes out of his room and has to know everything...
"ooo is this your boyfriend??" He said.

"No go away Dan." I said as I put my head to the floor and tug Caspar to follow me.

I lead him to my room, put the dress on the floor near my wardrobe, still in the bag and take my shoes off.

"Okay lets try get some work done." I said to Caspar closing my door and he sat on my bed.

We spent ages on that project.

Put so much effort in and I was surprised how good of a team we were.
