Chapter 3 - Preparations

George POV
*Still 7 years ago*

Waking up the next day feels like shit mostly when I had to sleep on a broken mattress that practically feels like I'm sleeping on springs. Getting out of bed was harder than expected since now the bed was feeling a lot better. As I made my way to the bathroom I did my morning routine which consists of brushing teeth, taking a shower, putting fresh clothes, and fixing/brushing my long hair.
When walking to the kitchen to do my own breakfast since my mom never did my breakfast, had to learn on my own. I've made some toast, with a fruit smoothie and some bacon. Then I see my mother walking to the kitchen and I just know that it is now the time for an argument.

"Why aren't you doing breakfast for your family you mutt." 
"Maybe because this family never showed me how to do breakfast and always had to make my own?"
"If you didn't had to go with Alpha Jack today I would have slapped you and made you sleep outside."
"I would much rather that thank you very much."
"Just go already, get out of my sight."

*10 minutes later*

*At the pack house*

"Hey Fundy!"
"Hey you rascal what are you doing here?"

"*laughs* yes yes of course he is in the throne room, I'll be off and good luck!"

"He is my best friend, and he is already mated"

"Should it really matter?"

"Since tomorrow is the wedding you will go to our famous planner in the city. Nihachu!"
"That should be fine, can I go by myself?"
"Sure ill ask Nihachu that if you dont get there to call me"

*Nikki's Shop*

"GEORGE!!! How are you!!!'
"Horrible as you might have known."
"I do and I'm sorry this shit is happening to you"

"Well why are you here today, Alpha Jack wasn't really specific"
"Well I need a wedding cake design and a suit"
"We can definitely get that started!"
"Can it just be the most simplest design but just a little extra maybe a few gold and silver here and there?"

"Thanks, I don't want him thinking I'm actually excited for this shit."

"Have you already met your soulmate Nikki"
"My soulmate is not in this pack but I know I'll meet him or her someday"
"Must be nice"

"I'll escape one day Nikki and I can guarantee you that"

"Can I ask you something Nikki?"
"Anything you need George"
"Will you walk me down, it was gonna be the she-demon herself but I don't want that"
"Of course I will George! It would genuinely be an honor, if Alpha Jack lets you then yes!"
"Oh he will don't worry thank you for agreeing Nikki!"
"I have everything I need for the supplies you can leave, I need to focus since all of this is due tomorrow"
"Ok! It was nice seeing you again Nikki!"
"Likewise George! See you tomorrow!"

*Back at the pack house*
"Are you done with the planning?"
"Yup Nihachu has the details and she is working on it as we speak"
"Good good she known that it is tomorrow?"
"She does"
"Good Good"
"Can I ask you something Alpha Jack?"

"Would you mind if Nihachu walked me down?"
"Nah i wouldn't mind as long as you promise you'll be there or I'll kill you and Nihachu"
"I'll be there..  Not like I have a choice"

"I well I'm suffering, the god damn wedding is tomorrow and there is nothing that I can do about it"
"I'm sorry Flower, God I wish I can kick his sorry ass for putting you up with this"
"Its not your fault Eret, you've been nothing but a gentleman to me"
"You deserve it and you deserve the world"
"*blushes* thank you lavender"

"I'm going to head home before my mom kicks my ass again"

*Alpha Jack comes and shoves Eret to a wall*

"You are the one dating my fiance!"
"There is no proof Alpha!"
"He literally called you lavender.... NOTHING ABOUT YOU IS LAVENDER!"
"Is how I smell"
"Whatever you are to stay away from him"
"Why the hell will I do that! and You can't even fire me I'm one of your best patrol wolves"
"That may be true but! I don't care fuck off mate, does George know that you are my mate?"
"Fuck off Jack"
"Hmm aint that a shame isn't it Eret?"
"This was a fucking mistake"
"But is it Eret? You loved me when we were younger"
"I was naive and young"
"And I simply don't give a fuck, either drop it with george or I will just tell him that you are my mate."
"You wouldn't... George wouldn't agree to the wedding anymore!"
"He doesn't have a choice sweetheart, but you do and these are your only 2 choices."
"I don't think he would even mind, he knows that you are an asshole"
"I'll mark him"

"But I would you see, he would be a better wife that you would ever be"

"Perfect! Now you will also work for me, wait for your next instructions and dont let George know about this conversation"
"Just get out of my sight Jack"

*Alpha Jack walks away*
