Agreement

It's been five days since Frank's fake funeral. Six days since Kevin and I found out that our significant other is cheating on us. Kevin has been staying with us Gallaghers since. Lip and Ian know about the situation, Carl and Debbie just think that Kevin and Veronica had a fight and that Kevin is staying with us...in my bed. 

The kids have school, today. I have today off, and Kevin doesn't work until later. Kevin and I do share my bed. We haven't slept with each other. All we do is talk until we fall asleep. There are mornings where we wake up cuddling, but it doesn't bother us. I woke up before Kevin today and got the kids ready for school. 

After they left I went upstairs to my and Kevin's room. I had to wake Kevin up since he was still sleeping. In a few minutes, Steve and Veronica are coming over to talk things through. 

I slightly shake Kevin's shoulder as I say "Kev, come on get up. It's almost time to meet V and Steve." 

Kevin groans "I wanna sleep." 

I smile at him "So do I, but We gotta talk about what will happen." I tell him as I sit next to him as he lays on his side to look at me 

"What's there to talk about? They cheated, we get to yell at them, end of the story." Kevin tells me 

I sigh then ask "But didn't you want to foster a kid?" 

"I do, but I doubt she will help with the kid." Kevin states 

"Well, since you're staying with us Gallaghers, we'll take them in. If it's a girl, we put Liam in Carl's room and the foster girl could share with Debbie. If it's a boy he and Carl will share while Liam stays in Debbie's room." I suggested 

Kevin jumps slightly "You would really take the foster child in for me?" Kevin asked excitedly 

I smile at him "Of course, I would." 

"Okay, well, We'll talk to Veronica about it." Kevin excitedly states 

I brush his hair slightly with my hand "I love Veronica like a sister, I don't want anything to separate our friendship, I feel maybe if we work things out, we can all get along, What do you think?" I asked him 

Kevin gave me a small smile then says "Well, I think that's a good idea, She's a really good friend. Maybe we can work it out." 

I smile at him "Good. Now get dressed. I'll make breakfast." I tell him 

Kevin groans as he rolls on his back 

"I'll make your favorite, Waffles, Scrambled eggs, and Bacon," I promised Kevin

"Okay, then I'll get up." He said with a goofy smile 

I smile at him I then say "Good. Also, take a shower." I pat his naked chest 

I get out of the bedroom and go downstairs and make breakfast while Kevin gets ready for the day. Which took an hour. 

I finished setting up the table, a plate of staked waffles twelve in total. A plate of bacon. And a bowl of scrambled eggs, Lastly I put the coffee pot in the middle, along with creamer and sugar. I set up the plates, mugs, silverware.

I made my plate and coffee, I then made Kevin's coffee, and lastly his plate. I put his plate as he comes into the kitchen. 

"Wow, it all looks so nice, Thank you, Fiona." He thanked me, then kissed my head, then went to sit down at the table as I said, "It's no problem, I really enjoy cooking." 

I was about to sit down, but someone knocked on the backdoor. "Well, get ready for the unwanted talks," I mumbled to Kevin which just caused him to chuckle 

I opened the door, revealing Veronica and Steve I opened the door wider 

"Come in, I also made breakfast, please close the door behind you," I stated while slightly smiling 

They come as I go sit down next to Kevin. I take a drink of my coffee, while they came in and sit down at the table 

Veronica spoke first "I wanna say How sorry, I am to bit both of you, you guys deserve better. I shouldn't have betrayed you guys."

"Damn right, V. We deserve better. I can't believe you hurt me, after six years together. You hurt Fiona, who by the way sees you as a sister. Then suddenly, you hurt us after we were by your side for a long time. You cheated on me with my best friend's boyfriend." Kevin stated angrily 

Kevin then looked at Steve "And you!" Kevin points at him 
"You cheated on the most, kind, hard-working, loyal, woman I have ever known, which I'm proud to call my best fucking friend. I should have beat you up until you begged me to stop. I didn't though. Because of Fiona, We are each other's rock." Kevin informs him I smile at Kevin heartwarming

Steve Spoke up "I know, I shouldn't have cheated on Fiona, she is definitely a kind and wonderful, person. I am truly deeply sorry, to the both of you." 

I spoke up "I can't lose you, Veronica, you're one of my best friends. But, you hurt me. I don't want you to leave my life, but you have to be patient, you have to gain my trust and respect again, cause right now is fifty-fifty." I inform Veronica 

I turn to Steve with tears in my eyes as I say "I can't trust you anymore Steve. I can't respect you. I lost hope in you. I told you not to break my heart, but you did it anyway. I hope you find the love of your life one day. I wish you a happy life. I wanna work things out to be friends, but it's going take a lot of time." 

"I'll like to be friends too, I'm sorry I hurt you, Fiona. I wanna work things out to be friends in the future. I hope one day, I can earn your respect, trust, and forgiveness." Steve informs me 

I smile at him as I say "Me too." 

Veronica then spoke up with tears in her eyes "I can't lose you either, you are like a sister to me. I will definitely always be by your side, through thick and thin, even if were wanted dead or alive, always and forever." I slightly smile at her

She then turned to Kevin and says "Kev, I'm sorry for what I did to you. I love you, but I'm not in love with you. I want to be in your life. You're one of my best friends. I won't ask you to forgive me right now, but please I ask for your forgiveness, I'll always be waiting no matter what." 

Kevin gives her a small smile as he says "You're one of my best  friends too, V. We'll work it out, as friends." 

"We have things to discuss." I lightly said Everyone looked at me, I looked at Kevin 

He spoke up "I'm going to be living with Fiona. Veronica, you can have the house, we can share the truck, as long as we fake as a married couple to foster a foster kid"

"And The foster kid will be living with the Gallaghers, As I told Kevin earlier. We'll take them in. If it's a girl, we put Liam in Carl's room and the foster girl could share with Debbie. If it's a boy he and Carl will share while Liam stays in Debbie's room. If you also want to take care of the kid, V. You can have them on the weekends and Fridays." I inform her 

She nods with a smile "Okay, yeah, I'd like it. As long as I keep the money of the foster kid." 

"Done," Kevin said 

"Okay, well since the talk is done, eat up, I didn't make breakfast for nothing. "I said with a smile 

The rest of the morning, We eat, talked, laughed, and just enjoyed the morning until everyone had to split to go to work.
