                It's still another day,
                    I hope to thank;
                it's still the sober May;
                    of grayish blank,
                do I deserve to stay;
                    but never drank,
                some gratitude to pray;
                    just to be frank,
                but only to be gay
                    is what I lack;
                'guess never to be brave;
                    of tracing tracks;
                for nothing means today;
                    no questions asked,
                nor shall I forth away;
                    neither move back;
                this gotta end;
                    I'll never bend,
                there's never mend;
                    I can't pretend;
                this gotta end;
                    I've always lent;
                I've asked for hand,
                    but none has tend;
                shall I be mourning late,
                    or numb it, block;
                my tears about to break;
                    life always mocked,
                so better find new mate;
                    leave life to knock;
                another door or gate
                     to enter and lock;
                this gotta end;
                    I'll never bend;
                there's never mend;
                    I can't pretend;
                this gotta end;
                    I've always lent;
                I've asked for hand,
                    'till death I'm sent.
