Chaper 20, the final chapter! ❤︎

The walls are a cream white color and gorgeous paintings line them. Abstract to realism, though most of them are of flowers or plants. There's a few shelves with picture frames or potted succulents. Everything feels so cozy. She really knows how to decorate.

I walk across the light grey carpet and into a medium sized room with the words 'Dressing room' above the door. I step in.

There's a vanity, a dresser, a mirror, a couch and an area that's sectioned off with a velvet colored curtain hanging from the ceiling.

I sit on the couch and wait for Momo to return. I feel my phone vibrate and hear a soft 'ding!'

I pull it from my pocket and the screen lights up to reveal a notification.

Message from: Ochaco 🌸

I unlock my phone and open the messages app.

Ochaco 🌸: Hey! Can't wait for the wedding!! Just wanted to make sure I had the right time, be there 6:30 pm right? Then the ceremony starts at around 7 pm?

Me: Yup that's right! Can't wait to see you there chaco 😁

Ochaco 🌸: Eek this is so exciting! My bestie is getting marriedd! 😵‍💫🤧💗

Me: I'm super excited too! 🥳

I hear the door open and I place my phone into my pocket. Momo comes in holding a beautiful white suit and.. something else? Not sure.

"Take this and change into it, I'll show you the surprise after!" She says with a smile and I smile back, standing up to take the suit.

I walk over to the curtain and step behind it before shutting it once again.

I plop the suit onto the small chair beside me and slip my current clothes off, setting them on the other arm of the small chair. I take the two piece suit and slip the pants on then the shirt. It fits me perfectly and i can't contain my excited smile.

I finish dressing and I open the curtain wide to step out. I see Momo waiting patiently holding the surprise item behind her back.

"Alright now turn around for the surprise! I think you'll love it."

I nod and turn around like she requested. She walks behind me and I can feel her putting something on my head which feels like it's made out of some sort of thin netting.

"Alright now look in the mirror! You look stunning!" She says and I giggle at the excitement in her voice.

As I take a look in the mirror a wider smile makes its way to my face. There was a beautiful veil on my head that draped to around my waist. It had an assortment of fake flowers connected to the netting at the top of my head.

"Oh my gosh Momo it's stunning! How much do I owe you with the veil added?" I question as I spin while looking in the mirror still.

"Well actually that's free! You are inviting me to your wedding after all so I thought of it as a gift!" She replies.

"Eek I can't even thank you enough! It means so much to me!" I go to hug her and she hugs back.
