The soft smell of coffee filled his senses as he woke up, having no self control over the thought of coffee, he mindlessly went out of the room he settled in. Still half awake and fully not even in his body at that time, his drowsy state found its way into the kitchen. Without a disruption in the mood he wrapped his arms comfortably around the female's waist.
Turning to look back at him, she simply smiled, continuing on her business without bothering the male. Finishing her cup of coffee, she placed it on the counter and turned her body to wrap her arms around the other. Stroking his head quietly, she planted a kiss on his head, keeping him close to her.
Forming space between them momentarily, her hand found its way on his face, lifting up his chin softly to attach their lips. Finding them connecting with utmost care and affection. "Do you want me to order you some coffee love?" a slight rasp lingered within her voice sending a tingly feeling in his ears.
Nodding wordlessly, she smiled patting him on the head before turning for her cup of coffee. Sipping it quietly while resting her head on his, the comfortable position exchanging warmth evenly between the two. Her calming motions of running her hand on his back making him more and more drowsy.
Noticing the shift in behaviour, she closed her eyes slightly, "You wanna go back to bed darling?" her thoughtful words entered his mind effortlessly. Staring up to her with half opened eyes, she couldn't help but chuckle. Placing the mug back onto the counter, she interlocked her hand with his. "Come on lets get you to bed hun."
The walk to the room was comfortably silent, with nothing going on that day with it still being the weekend. Watching him melt into the bed he settled in made her heart melt alongside it. Lucky, that was the term she'd use to explain this feeling, she was absolutely lucky to score someone like him and have been around in her life.
Falling in and out of relationships was the pattern that she enjoyed the most, her habits that she fought just because of him. Indeed she was in love, she may have gambled with the idea of his heart but in the end she trusted herself. The rockiness of a relationship was absolutely dreadful but she knew she could trust him.
Putting in extra amounts of trust, she couldn't help but wonder how he had felt about her for so long. Truth be told she had fallen in love with him the moment she even saw him, his presences alone made her fall madly in love. She assumed it was different the first time they had ever met, he was in love with another until he fessed up to the whole problem itself.
Keeping their hands interlocked, she peppered soft kisses along the back of his hand, not wanting to let go of it for the life of her. Softening up shortly to the spot, she continued to daydream slightly, getting adventurous over it before leaving. Pecking him softly on the forehead, she took her leave from the room.
Taking a hold of her mug, the warmth of it had died down immensely due to her fault entirely. Watching it swirl within the cup made her mesmerized as she thought. Tapping her finger against the side of the cup she took in a satisfying sip of it, enjoying the taste of it as it entered her throat.
Swinging her head back, she found herself closing her eyes as she leaned against the counter. The silent house having one sound bouncing around its wall. The old grandfather clock that stood sturdy beside the large corridor. Growing used to the sound of it, she couldn't help but focus on it, letting it consume her thoughts.
Side glancing the giant glass walls that showed off the nicely kept garden, she proceeded to walk towards it to admire it silently. Sipping from her coffee ever so often as she stared, little to no thoughts running through her mind. The peace and calmness becoming comforting as she continued to stare, having found everything she'd want in life.
A smile formed against her lips as she reached to fish our her phone. Sliding it open she glanced over the contact name without a moment to spare. Waiting silently for the buzzing to stop, she heard the line pick up on the other end,
"I would like to order something for my boyfriend,"
