Worst Day Ever

"Don't even think about leaving." He hissed as your gaze stayed on the ground.

You heard him shuffling around, flinching when you heard vases shattering. If any of the ladies of the castle saw you in here with him, doing nothing to stop him, they'd kill you both. But you were frozen and the buzzing coming towards the room only made you shake more. You stepped away from the door quietly, not trying to draw his attention, and as soon as you did, the door was thrown open.

All three daughters stepped into the room, Bela's head snapping towards you while the other two attacked the man. The moment you were pinned against a wall with a sickle against your throat was when you finally locked eyes with the eldest sister. You could see how betrayed she was — in your time being the perfect maid, you had befriended Bela and even recommended stories to her.

"Bela I—."

"That's lady Bela to you." She hissed, causing you to flinch.

Her glare made you feel smaller than normal and you had to look away. A quiet whimper left you when you felt her sickle slowly press against your throat more, causing the warm, red liquid to slowly trickle onto her weapon and down your throat. More tears pricked your eyes as the screams of the man went quiet and the other two vampires were next to their sister.

"I-I can explain..."

"Oh, this should be good." Cassandra hissed, venom dripping with every word she said.

It made you flinch — you had a huge crush on the middle sister and Bela knew about it, she often would tease you about it or lock the two of you in a room together whenever you were cleaning. With a deep breath, you managed to look up, whimpering softly at their glares.

"I-I was cleaning the kitchen when he showed up... I thought it was one of you so I just kept cleaning and waiting for an order. He grabbed me from behind and pressed his gun—."

"Why didn't you try and stop him from doing," Daniela cut you off, motioning to the broken vases in the room. "This?!"

"I thought he'd kill me..." You whimpered in response, letting out a pained scream when she cut your arm.

"Well now we're going to kill you." She hissed and your heart stopped for a moment.
