Seated on the polished floor of Serim High's gym, the girls catches their breath whilst Coach Im took a seat on the chair. The basketball boys are already taking a shower before heading home. It's already dark outside, something that the varsities are already used to. Having to head home out late.
" You all did great " Coach Im stated moving his gaze to every girl in front of him. The tiredness are visible from their expressions which made him lightly chuckle " Make sure to rest well tonight, I'll need your energy for tomorrow's game "
Waving his hands as a gesture that they could finally leave, Ye Seul was the first to run inside the ladies locker room making the rest laugh knowing how the girl doesn't like staying in her own sweat for hours.
Coach Im focused his gaze on Ye Ji's back. Eyes trailing down from the back of her neck down to her waist until it stops at her legs. Biting his inner cheeks as he continues to stare at it, he didn't know that Ja Sung who just stepped out of the locker room with his hair slightly wet --- had seen the way he's looking at Ye Ji.
" Ya, aren't you going home? " Gi Yong asks when he noticed Ja Sung's not behind him and is only standing just outside the locker room
" I'll... " He trails hesitantly before groaning in annoyance, obviously bothered at the way Coach Im was staring at Ye Ji " I just remembered I had to do something "
" What something? " Gi Yong couldn't help but ask only for Ja Sung to sigh and think of an immediate reason
" About school " He lies which made Gi Yong laughs at him making him huff " What "
" Nothing " Gi Yong chuckles waving his hands at him as he starts to walk away " It's unlike you but whatever you say Ja Sung "
" Bastard " Ja Sung huff under his breath as he glare at Gi Yong's back although he couldn't help but chuckle lightly knowing his lie did look dumb even for him.
" Good luck to us tomorrow " Ye Ji grins as she dries her hair, fresh out of the shower and already back in her school uniform. Her gaze focused at her remaining team mates.
" I'm pretty sure we'd win tomorrow " Ara giddily stated nodding her head at the rest
" Let's not jinx it okay? " Ye Seul asks with a pout appearing on her lips, causing for the others to chuckle " we lost the recent game that we had, so let's do better tomorrow "
