When I arrived home and walked through the front door I was greeted by an angry family.
Mother, the twins, and father were waiting in the living room with impatient expressions. When Jack saw me come in he immediately stood up and stormed in front of me.
“Where have you been young lady” He asked with a worried tone, but his expression said otherwise
“Out” I replied trying to sidestep him but he moved in front of me again
‘I'm not in the mood to deal with them’ I thought slightly narrowing my eyes at him
“Why were you back so late? You could have informed us” Jack took a couple breaths to calm down and looked at me softly
I internally cringed at his attempt to seem like a caring father
‘I know he loves me as his daughter, but seeing him act nice to me is disgusting’ I thought with a small twitch of my lips
“Didn’t want to” I told him simply and expertly side stepped him about to walk up the stairs
“Jasmine! Come here right now!” Madelyn yelled at me furiously
I walked up the stairs continuing to ignore her while she kept commanding me to come down.
When I was about to disappear upstairs I heard Rose talk,
“Do you feel like Jasmine is different than normal” Rose whispers to Cynthia
Cynthia looks at Rose in a questioning manner before glancing back at my retreating figure.
“I don’t know. I never really paid attention before” Cynthia shrugged and stood up before leaving
Rose watched her twin leave before turning her gaze back to me.
“Hm” Rose hummed while narrowing her eyes
Jasmine P.O.V.
“Guess Rose is suspicious of me’ I thought glancing back down the stairs

‘Eh whatever’ I thought with a shrug
When I turned back around I came face to face with Ceilia and Alyssa
‘Ugh, what now. I just want to sleep’ I thought annoyed
"How was it" Alyssa asked excitedly
"Good"
"Yes!" Alyssa happily fist bumped the air
"Well that's lovely. It's nice to see you have a friend" Ceilia said with a neutral expression but her eyes crinkled softly
"Three" I corrected
"Huh?" They both looked at me confused
I internally sighed and tried to walk pass them intending but Alyssa yanked me back
"Are you saying you have three friends now" Alyssa asked with stars in her eyes shaking me back and forth by the shoulders
I nodded while prying her fingers off. Alyssa realized what she did and backed away.
"Sorry" She said with a sheepish expression
"Who are the other two?" Ceila asked with curiosity lacing her voice
"Gabriel" I said with a yawn
"Vale" Alyssa confirmed
I nodded tiredly and walked past Alyssa
