Gabriel P.O.V.
When I walked through my door I didn't expect to see Jasmine Black lounging lazily on the couch, seemingly unaffected with my sudden entrance
“Jasmine” I called to get her attention
She turned her head towards me with a tilt as if indicating a “yes”
“What are you doing here” I asked taking off my coat and making my way into the living room
“Waiting” Was her short and simple response
“Why? Weren’t you hanging out with Grace” I said cautiously
‘Please don’t tell me she was only using Grace to get to me’ I thought with worry, ‘I don't want her to get hurt again’
For some reason when Jasmine looked into my eyes it felt like she could understand what I was thinking and sat up
“Grace went to get stuff for dinner” She told me while patting the space next to her
If it was some other girl I wouldn't sit next to them because they would bother me with their advances, but Jasmine just gazed at me blankly completely uninterested in me
I smirked and sat next to her, but before I could continue the conversation Jasmine started patting my head

“What are you doing” I asked confused
“Family” She said to me
“Family?” I repeated shocked
Jasmine nodded her head
“Grace is my family” She looked up into my eyes and leaned in close almost climbing on top of me, “you family too”
‘ Grace is her family! What happened at lunch. Grace wouldn't get close to someone so fast’ I thought with wide eyes and leaned back a little to make space between us
I tried to pry her hands off my head but she wouldn’t budge an inch
“Um, can you please take your hands off” I asked nicely
Jasmine paused in her patting and analyzed me for a couple of seconds before taking her hand off
*plop*
Jasmine stopped patting but instead she layed her head down on his lap and stared at him expectantly
! I was in complete shock
‘She’s so bold’ I thought staring at Jasmine
Her peering eyes caused me to shift uncomfortably
“Yes?” I questioned her
She stared at me and grabbed my wrist before putting it on top of her head
“Pat me back”
‘What the fuck!’ I swore internally, ‘No wonder Grace likes her’ I thought feeling my cheeks heat up
She’s like a little doll with her pouty lips and her childish actions. I raised my other hand to cover my mouth and turned my head away
‘Imagining a chibi is too much’ I repeated Grace’s words
I regained my composure and slowly started to tangle my fingers through her hair
Almost immediately Jasmine was put into a daze, leaving me to think properly
‘ I guess we added another family member. *sigh* Grace is giving me all sort of headaches’ I thought with a fond smile
I reached forward and grabbed a book from the coffee table and started to read while Jasmine lays in my lap

No one’s P.O.V.
Grace ignored the two and finished dinner
“Dinners ready” She called
“Finally, I'm starving” Gabriel mumbled
“I heard that” Grace shouted back to him
Gabriel looked towards her with a smirk, but looked down to Jasmine who was watching their interaction
“Jasmine you have to get up so we can eat” Gabriel said softly to the drowsy girl
Jasmine made eye contact with him before sitting up and stretching. She got up and made her way to the table with Gabriel in tow.
“Grace” Gabriel started the conversation
“Yeah” She replied absentmindedly while stuffing her face with food
“Jasmine said we’re family now” Gabriel leaned his elbows on the table and rested his head on top of his folded hands
Grace finally looked up silently and turned her head away with an innocent look
“Oh did she” Grace said lightly and turned back to her brother with a false smile
“Hm” Gabriel watched his sister intently with a calculating look that she paid no mind to and kept up her act
“*sigh*, whatever” Gabriel breathed out and sat up straight and continued to eat
Grace was just about to do the same but she suddenly received a text message
She looked at her phone and read the message with a blank face
Gabriel caught onto her expression and stood to walk behind her and read the message
He frowned with annoyance and stood up straight and ran a hand through his hair with a sigh
“These annoying pieces of trash” Grace sneered
Jasmine finally spoke up after watching them intently
“You okay”
Grace and Grabriel snapped their attention to her and then looked at each other
“Jasmine, i'm sorry but some things came up” Grace apologize
Jasmine nodded her head in understanding and stood up.
“See you around” She said and left before Grace and Gabriel had a chance to stop her
That was the least of their worries though because they had some people to kill
On the phone was a picture of some of their subordinates tied up and beaten.
Grace and Gabriel got their coats and walked out their door a few minutes after Jasmine
“Let’s torture some unfortunate fools”
