Y/n L/n is a Foreign exchange student being sent to Japan from Canada. She was in her first year of high school and was completely prepared. Well almost, the only thing she didn't anticipate was the young boy she was going to be staying with, Nishin...
"Holy. Fucking. Shit." You said with your jaw dropped.
"Yeah... they're extreme." Kiyoko said, referring to her parents. "Lets go to my room."
"Ok!"
You exited the bedroom and walked to the middle right door.
"This is your room?" You asked as she opened the door.
"Yeah, like it?"
"It's pretty." You walked into the purple and white themed room.
In the middle ws a double bed with a white knitted blanket. There was a big window on the right wall that made a little nook. Kiyoko made it into a small stuffy area. It had a half mood desk and purple chair.
"I knew you liked purple but not his much." You said as you looked at all the purple around her room.
"Well my parents said that I was gonna have a whiet room and i didnt want that so they agreed to let me accent it with a colour. I used as much of it as I could."
"Right." You sat on her bed.
Slowly she sat down beside you
"So-" You both started but were cut off by the door bell ringing.
"That's probably Ojiisan."
You made your way down the stairs and opened the door. Ojiisan gave you your stuff, told you to be safe and left. You went and put your stuff into the guest room then went back into KIyokos room.
Awkward silence wasn't even a good enough way to describe how weird you felt in that moment.
Kiyoko was sitting on her desk chair and just had her head tilted downwards. You were sitting on the edge of her bed watching your feet as you kicked them back and forth.
You sat there like that for about 5 minutes until you couldn't take it anymore.
"So, wanna talk?"
Kiyoko's head shot up and looked at you
"Yeah sorry, you came here to rant and we haven't done that yet."
Let's stop that right there. I feel like Kiyoko's parents work in very high paying jobs so they would have loads of money. They really like fancy things as well if you couldn't tell by the house. I'll leave pictures down below so I can show each room. Have a good rest of your day/night or whatever.
