I was told that sometimes you need to be a little a selfish in order to survive. I know that we are both trying to move on and inviting him over is just a little selfish, I just had no one to call. I know Jisoo is resting at her parents' house, Lisa and Rosé are out on a double date. I also had a hard time convincing my mother to finally go out with her friends since she's been taking care of me a lot these past few days and I didn't want to ruin that. But then that delivery happened...

Namjoon stood awkwardly in the living room, looking around with his hands glued politely to his sides. "You know, this sofa was meant to be sat on." I joked and sniffed back my snot, my nose had been clogged from all that crying.

"It's just..." He sighed, "Where is everyone?"

"This is my mother's apartment," his eyes widen, "Don't worry, she knows you. I talk about you to her... a lot."

He frowned and sat beside me, "Is that so?" I nodded, looking down on my hands. "This is probably the worst timing to say but you look so cute right now."

I felt my cheeks heat up and I look away, "Stop!" I whine and he chuckled.

"So... G-Dragon, huh." my heart clenched as I met his eyes, but he was looking down.

"It's... It's not real, Jiyong 오빠 is more like an older brother to me." I sighed, "Our company just needed to cover up an issue for the government, something I can't really talk about."

"I know," He said and looked at me, "It's just... unfair how you'd take all the bullet."

"Well," I sighed, "Everything comes with a price."

"What are you planning to do with the delivery?" He asked, leaning back on the sofa comfortably.

"I'll toss it out before my mother sees it," I said.

"So you're just going to let this go?" He asked with his eyebrows furrowed.

"We receive deliveries like this all the time, it's just my first time actually seeing it. Usually our staff handles all our packages, but this one was literally at the doorstep of my mother's house." I let out a sigh and hug my knees to my chest, "I totally overreacted, didn't I?"

"Overreacted? I would be traumatized if ever those were delivered to me." He said, "Come here."

Namjoon spread his arms wide and I hesitated at first but he takes my arm and pulled me in. I was engulfed in a comfortable, warm hug. It was so calming that it made my heart clenched and almost made me cry, "I'm sorry, I'm weak. Lisa receives these kinds of deliveries at her private apartment all the time yet she's still so strong."

"Lisa is Lisa. I salute her for being so strong but you can't compare yourself to her, you're not Lisa. It's okay to be weak, it's okay to cry. It's okay to breakdown, it's okay not to be okay." Namjoon said.
