"Where the Hades are we?" I asked as we walked. We were in the middle of nowhere in a grassy clearing. Huge trees surrounded us on all sides. Luke wordlessly pointed to the north. I followed him through the trees until we found a big clump of rocks. Luke slipped between the cracks then yelled "follow me!"
Silena and I shrugged at each other and slid in after our friend.
We walked in silence for a while before I asked
"What is this place?"
"The Labyrinth." Luke answered
"So this is how..."
Luke nodded.
"Wow." I said
"Only a few more turns," Luke stated, turning sharply to the left.
This didn't seem at all like the Labyrinth that Percy and Annabeth had described to me. The crumbling dirt crawlspaces did not match the large ancient stone tunnels I'd pictured. Luke continued to squeeze through the tunnel, and turned right. I followed him blindly, with no idea where we were going
