Korra couldn't sleep that night. Well besides having nightmares like she normally did, she couldn't process Hasook death. It didn't sit right with her. She pulled her one leg to her chest and kept his shirt tucked towards her. Staring at the wall. Listening to the noises of the room.

Lin wasn't able to visit her since she had other things to do at the station so Kya would pop in. Korra didn't try to pretend she was sleeping. She just told Kya she had a a lot of energy. Kya seemed worried but didn't push her which Korra was glad about. She also hid the shirt so Kya couldn't see it. When she left she just stared at the wall. She watched as the break of down sent a small sliver of golden light into the room. Slowly pushing away the shadows.

She looked towards the window and watched the sunset. Normally she would feel something when she watch it but nothing came to her. Not a single feeling. Though she continued the watch it rise and light her room. She heard the door click open but didn't bother to look. "Visiting hours start in about three hours. You should try to sleep that." Kya says. "Not tired really." Korra says plainly. She heard Kya sigh.

"Well I'm going to sneak you some early breakfast then. How's your leg and patches?" Korra shrugs. "They don't hurt." "Alright. Well I get your breakfast." Korra doesn't reply and Kya leaves the room.

Though Kya wanted to ask questions she decided to let Korra say what's wrong when she wants. Even though she picked at her food and didn't really eat it. Kya had a feeling she would do this so she ordered something small so it wasn't a waste of food. She walks out the room and sees Lin and another officer.

"Who's visiting today?" Kya asked writing something on the white board outside of Korra's room. "Wan is getting a hour then her parents then Asami is getting a hour and a half." "Alright well she's up and ate. Ill see you later." Lin furrows a brow. "Miss I hate mornings is up? Everything okay?" "Not sure. I don't want to press her into saying what's wrong." Lin nods. "You think she still wants visitors." "Yeah, she's been waiting for two years for this. Just keep an eye on her." "Will do."

"Are you alright?" She asked laying a gentle hand on his thigh. He put his hand on top of hers. "Yeah I'm just a bit antsy. It's been so long since I've seen her." He says rubbing his thumb on Rina's hand. "It's going to be alright." She says. "Okay well you both are able to see her. The minute you step into the room is where your time will start. At thirty minutes and ten minutes we'll let you know." A officer says. The both nod standing up.

Rina picked up the baby car seat. They followed the officer down the halls to the room. "Hey Chief." Wan says. She nods opening the door. Korra popped her head up and eyes widened once she saw Wan. He didn't waste time to go up and pull her into a hug. It took Korra a bit to respond but wrapped her arms around him though this time she had no tears to shed. She didn't have any energy to squeeze him back.

She felt the pain from the injuries but it was more like slight tingles, like what you get when your foot is numb. She felt his body shake as he gripped to her. After a while he pulls back looking at her. "I still feel like it's a dream." He sniffles. "So did I for a bit." She says honestly. "Oh I'm sorry I just invaded your space and all. I got excited. Did I make you uncomfortable?" He asked realizing her hollow tone.

"No I'm fine. Tired." He nods. "I have someone. I want you to meet." He says. Korra furrows a brow. He gets off the bed and Rina sits by a chair and gives Korra a hug as well, though it was shorter than Wan's. "I want you to meet your niece. Anya." Korra turns to see a small child in his arms. "Want to hold her?" He asked. Korra nodded.

He slowly placed the small child in her hands. She looks down at her. Her small pale pudgy face squished against Korra. Not roughly. She had Wan's nose and black wavy hair. Her small eyes opened staring at Korra. One green eye and one amber stared into dull blue ones. "Woah her eyes." Korra whispers. "Cool right?" Wan says. Korra stares at the baby.
