I slowly woke up, I must have forgotten to change. When I became conscious again, I found myself laying on Shuichi's chest. He was sleeping peacefully, I felt my face heating up as I got up quickly but carefully trying to not wake up Shuichi. I went to the kitchen, I made a small breakfast meal for Shuichi and I grabbed a book.
I plugged my tail in, letting myself charge while I read. About 10-30 minutes later I heard movement from the couch.
"Kiibo.?" I looked over at Shuichi, he looked confused.
"Yes Shuichi?" I replied getting his attention, he looked over at me.
"Did you sleep well?" I asked.
"Yeah.." He said with a sigh, he put a hand on his head. He looked spooked, like as if he had seen a ghost.
"Are you alright?" I asked.
"Y-yeah, just alittle nightmare..!" He said with a shaken up voice.
"Would you like a hug?" I asked as I got up, unplugging my tail.
"M-Mhm.." He said nodding his head, tears slowly falling down his face.
I walked over to him, hugging him tightly. He nuzzled his head into my chest, I could feel his heartbeat. His heart was racing with mild fear, I couldn't help but worry more. I moved us so that I could hold him closer.
He nuzzled his head into my shoulder, his breathing slowed and his heart stopped racing. He had fallen asleep again thankfully. I felt my face heat up as I plug my tail into a nearby outlet, and fell asleep slowly myself.
