Ashton:

You had been writing the book for about a year and half, you had been reading Ashton each chapter, and now it was finally getting published. You had your publishing party tonight and you were excited. Ashton and the boys had flown over to see you and celebrate with you so you were happy because your boyfriend, your friends and all of your family would be there.

“Does this dress look okay?” You asked running into the bedroom of the hotel suite you were staying in, he smiled and nodded his head,

“You look lovely,”

“Are you sure?”

“I’m certain,” He said trying to do his tie in the mirror, you ran over to him and took over,

“You’re useless,” You joked as you fixed his tie, he laughed and shrugged his shoulders watching you with admiration,

“There you go, you look handsome,” You said kissing him quickly and running to get your heels,

“You look beautiful!” He said fixing his suit jacket, you blushed and slid on your heels,

“Are we meeting the boys there?” You asked,

“Yeah, they’re on their way now,”

“Okay, I looked around the venue before and it looks amazing,”

“Is it everything you hoped for?” He asked,

“And more,”

“I’m so proud of you,” He smiled,

“Don’t, you’ll make me cry,” You said running into the bathroom to stop the tears from ruining your make-up,

“Damn you Ashton Irwin! I’ve just had my make-up done and now you’re ruining it with your soppy comments,” You joked, he laughed and walked into the bathroom,

“Here, I’ll fix it for you because you keep smudging your eyeliner,”

“I don’t know whether I should be proud that you know what eyeliner is,”

“Hey, we’ve been together for 2 years, if I didn’t know then I’m a bad boyfriend because you wear it religiously,”

“You’re picking up my words,” You smiled,

“Religiously?”

“Yeah,”

“I like it,” He said kissing me,

“Thank you though,” You whispered,

“What for?”

“Being proud of me,”

“I’m always proud of you but tonight I feel like my heart is going to burst,” He said starting to tear up a bit.

Calum:

You were standing on the stage as they gave you your diploma, after 4 years of hard studying you had passed. Calum, your parents and your siblings were sitting in chairs watching as you got your certificate, your mum crying, your dad recording it, your siblings looking at their phones to see when it was over, Calum smiling and fidgeting because he wanted to hug you. When it was finally over and your cap had been thrown to the sky (and then picked up again as a memento) you ran over to your family and Calum. Calum waited patiently while your parents gave you hugs and congratulated you, you siblings giving you a high five and a well done.

“I’m so proud of you,” He smiled as you hugged him,

“Really?”

“Of course I am! I didn’t even finish high school,” He laughed,
