Chapter 1 - ALEXIS POV.

'Hey Lil Mama' By Khalil starts booming from my alarm clock causing me to sigh not wanting to wake up. It was September 9th and offically my first day of my last year at Skee Vile High. I rolled over and pushed the snooze button trying not to break this clock like the other seven. I sat up groaning as the cold air hit the skin that wasn't covered by my short shorts and tank top. My blue eyes became cat eyes and the window shut with a soft thud. I stood, threw my hair up into a messy bun at the top of my head, and walked towards my bathroom.

I stripped and stared at the full length mirror critizing my image. My body was naturally tanned all over. My waist was small, hips wide, breast full, legs long. On the sides of my waist were blue cat paws with black toes, running from my hips up to just below my chest where my dark brown hair stopped growing. My eyes were blue, hinting green as the turned to cat eyes so I could better see my flaws. My lips were very pink, almost red. My eyes were framed with thick and long black lashes. My hair was wavy and silky. I turned around and looked at my back, watching the slight curves of my body twist. I watched the perfect arch in my back as it reach my butt, which was firm and nice. I twisted on my heels until I was once again facing the mirror, my eyes turned back to their ocean blue and nodded then turned to the shower. I came out in my small towel not surprised to see Kat and Ember sitting on my bed waiting for me to activate the Den room. I sighed again

"Its the first day of school and you guys think you have the power to leave the den room when its time?" I scolded.

The den room only allowed shifters of the cat family in. It was filled with the smell of lavendar and Vanilla. I had 5 Plasma flat screens, 3 loveseats, 2 3 coushioned couches, all in different colors, It had a jacuzzi big enough for 15, a state of the art sound system with a small space made up to be a movie theater. A large fridge and freezer for the parties it held, and every game consoul ever made. Yes my parents were rich, even though I didn't live with them. Its only me and my twin brother Alex. My parents stayed in Zion even though the mutts were stealing the Feline Power! Most felines were girls with the occasional guy, like Alex, but the guys can only really turn into Lions and tigers, where as the girls shifts are limitless. Yes felines can mate with the mutts but they can also unmate. I shok my head bringing myself out of my thoughts.

I lifted my hand, feeling my power come to me and my eyes turn into slits. I whispered the Latin words and my room slowly started to shake. My dresser split in half as did the wall and soon another roon was present. The girls went in and headed straight for th e Xbox playing the new dance game. I laughed and glanced back at the clock. '6:45,' it read. School started at 8:45. I sighed,

"Only 2 hours till the beginning of the end," I murmured. I got dressed in a black Jean skirt, white wife beater, black jacket and White anklets. I let my hair fall wavy, black eyeliner to make my eyes pop, and diamond studs the shined in no light. My girls resembled me. Both in skirts, Ember's light blue, Kat's dark blue. Tank tops, Embers black the Kat's green. Ember had black flat boots that reached her knees and Kat had green wedge heels. We never knew what the other was wearing and always seemed to come out looking the same no matter what.

I frowned as I re-read the letter I recieved last week.

"Hello kitty. You won't mind if us 'dogs' pay a little visit do you? Good because we're coming, and we're taking over. You can always just rock out under my arm and let me have power over you kitty. Be prepared, Your final year is about to get hella lot more intresting."

I sighed, stupid bitch! I NEVER WANTED A DOG FOR A MATE! My eyes turned to slits once again as a rage built up in me. I never had a chance. As soo as I looked into his eyes I was a goner. My cat purred like never before. His hair felt into his eyes, eyes filled with lust and a hint of love. As soon as he growled I knew he was a dog and it turned me off. He was gorgeous but I despised the mutts for terrorizing us felines. I shot out of the room like a bat out of hell. That was almost 4 years ago, the day I decided I was to move to Earth. Kat and Ember being my right hand and left hand followed me without question, even though I didn't have to ask. They too found their mates with the mutts. My eyes turned back as I thought about being mateless. No I didn't want a mutt but I wanted someone for life. At 8 the girls came out lughing and I sealed the room shut. They looked at the letter and hissed, not at all happy about the fact that the bitches would be here. And as if on cue I felt their presence.

"Kat! They're coming!" I whispered knowing they could hear us if I spoke too loud

"I know," she replied, " I can feel it." I sighed watching Ember, she was easily annoyed."You can feel it? I can smell the dirty-" I cut her off "Stop Ember. They are .. our people." I reminded her. "But Lexi They aren't us. We don't belong together. That's the reason we left Zion!" She complained. I sighed again, hissing slightly as their presence became stronger. "I know Em but, we are going to have to deal with them." She continued ignoring me."I refuse to be civil! Those 'dogs' stink and need to go back before the claws come out!" Kat smirked,"The claws are already out Em. We'll just leave them and fight when we need to."

That made Ember madder, her golden eyes becoming brighter with her raging emotions."Kat you can't be siding with them! Your just letting them come in without a fight?" Ember all but screamed."I'm not, but if they want to play dirty, then we shall play dirty. We can't physically stop them. And so far they haven't done anything out of place besides stink up the joint." We all hissed as a males voice popped into the conversation. This male was tall tanned, bright eyes and silk hair.

"Now now ladies, talking about us dogs isn't going to change anything." Cameron said, a smirk on his face. I was. instantly enraged, side effects of mating with the opposite species. "Leave my land mutt! Go back to Zion, you don't want to start with us." I hissed at my mate.

"In due time Kitty! But until then let the games begin." He said back, his smirk falling a bit at my harshness. It made me almost want to apologize and wrap my arms around him. Almost. "Pussy," one of his mutts muttered to me. I hissed again, my eyes becoming hard and narrowing. "With Pleasure Bitch! Bring It!"
