Chapter Two

Harry's POV

"Babe, get in the car! We have to leave now!" Harry shouted up the steps. Louis was on the verge of running late to one of his football games, and that wasn't a good move for the captain of the football team.

"Coming!!" Louis yelled as he was coming down the staircase at the front of his house. I had come over after school since it was a Friday. Had we finished a makeout session 5 minutes before we had to leave? Yes.

Once Louis was downstairs and had everything he needed, we got in his BMW sedan. His dad was quite well off. We pulled out of the garage at the basement of his relatively large house. I lived in a nice sized house, and Louis's was about 3 times as big. It was him, his dad, and his 3 remaining sisters living there.

"What do you want to listen to?" He asked me.

"Put on Sidelines by Wallows." He smiled at me, because he knew that was 'our song'. It perfectly describes our relationship. I love him on the sidelines, and we drive all night after his games. We both hope we don't end up like the end of the song, though.

When we arrived at our school, we got out of the car. We went to a smaller private school, and we were the most popular couple there. Not to brag, but pretty much everyone was friends with us, despite the way we looked. We were gay, and both had quite a few tattoos. I walked to the locker room with Louis, and we met up with our friends.

"I just know you guys were snogging before you got here." Olly said, jokingly.

"Man, how did our secret get out so quick?" Louis replied, laughing.

"Maybe it's the messed up hair, maybe it's the puffy lips, I'm not too sure." Zayn said.

I punched Zayn on the arm, then let Louis get to the locker room. Olly and I walked over to the sidelines.

"What are you guys doing after this?" Olly asked me while leaning on the bar that overlooks the field.

"The usual, drive for a while, talk, and listen to music. We'll probably go back to my place." I responded.

He nodded.

"What about you?" I asked him.

"I'll probably go out with the guys. You two should come with us one time!"

The guys referred to our group. There was me, Louis, Olly, Nick, Zayn, Niall, and Liam. We were pretty tight knitted.

"Nah, gotta follow tradition."

He rolled his eyes.

We talked until the game started, during halftime, and after it ended. Our team ended up winning, which wasn't a surprise. I always liked talking to Olly. He was never weird after me and Louis came out, unlike my old friend group. They all turned on me after I told them, so I joined Louis's group of friends. They accepted me, and we've all been buddies since.
