Nailea Devora is a teenager that faces the hardships of teen relationships. Her first love was a hard one but like they say after the storm the flowers gloom, when she meets Vinnie Hacker.
A/N: One, this is a short chapter. Two, Would you guys like a time skip?! And three, do not hesitate to make suggestions to me at any time. I'm open to your suggestions because I sometimes go days without knowing how to continue with the next chapter. I know it's up to me to figure it out, but if you have any ideas, please do share them with me.
Since it is already early in the day, I am picked up by my friends as I land in Texas. "Nai!" screamed Mina when she saw me, and I rushed over to her and Neha. I hug them tightly and say, "Hey guys, I've missed you two a lot." They continue to hug me and say, "We missed you much more." On my way to the car, Neha says, "You have to spill all the tea with us bitch like now." "You know I'll shawty, just help me with this suitcase."
Mina and Neha have been my best friends since we were in elementary school. I love them beyond life and will be lost without them. They were the ones who encouraged me to begin using social media, and it is because of them that I am where I am now.
"So," Mina exclaims, "besides what I've already told you guys over facetime, Vinnie Hacker is taken, he seems very dissatisfied in his "relationship" with Emily miss, but if that's what he wants, I think I'll let it be" I begin to explain. "What confuses me is that he used to be very flirtatious with me, like beyond playfulness even he would tease me, and the tension was there but I was only in a relationship at the time," I add, "so when he got with Emily I was very confused because I thought he and I would end up together." So you like him?" Neha asks, "I do, more than just a friend, but I think I'm too late to figure it out." "Well clearly, he liked you and you were taken and wouldn't pay him mind, and now the roles have switched," she explains. "Your life might be a damn movie girl." Mina bursts out laughing.
"If you had him once, you can have him again; after all, you said he doesn't seem fulfilled with his relationship; maybe he isn't and is just in it to get over you." Neha responds, "Do you think so? Don't get my hopes up." I blush burying my face in my hands. "Yes, girl, why else would he do it? From what you've told us, he doesn't seem to love her, at least not in the way she loves him, and she's around a lot now, but he brought her around first, so you could see him with her." Mina adds, "you two are mindfucking me right now." I yell. "You know what will help? Some shopping" Neha says and we spend the rest of the day together.
