16. Will You Be My Girlfriend?

Once I snapped out of my thoughts we were pulling into a car park of what seemed to be an abandoned fancy restaurant.

"This looks lovely here Justin but why are we here and why don't there seem to be anyone here?"

"Well if you think it looks nice out here you should see the inside and we're here for our date and your right, it is abandoned because I have paid for this place to be empty just for you and me and before you say anything about me not having to do this well I know I didn't but I wanted too plus like I said before, I want this night to be special, I want to try and make this just one of our nights to remember so don't say anything and just enjoy it" he said while leaning over to my side of the car while placing his hands on my cheeks and looking in my eyes and then he gave me a quick kiss on my lips. Just as I was going to say something to reply to his previous comment, before I knew it, Justin had got out of the car and whisked round to my side and was now in the middle of opening my door to help me out of the car like a true gentleman. "Thank you" I simply said while stepping out. "Your welcome" he said with what seemed to be a proud voice which also held some slight nerves too. "Why is he nervous?" I thought to myself, I'm the one that should be nervous. I guess I will find out in time to come.

Once we entered the restaurant, we were met by a guy with light brown hair who looked to be about in his late 20s who seemed to be a waiter or something. He had a name tag that said "Tony" which was obviously his name.

"Table for two under Bieber" Justin said to this Tony guy. "Yep right this was sir" Tony said. Then Justin spoke again which left me a bit puzzled with what he said. "Oh you remember our arrangement right Tony?" "Yes sir, I do, don't worry everything is sorted" "Good thank you Tony". To say I was confused was to say the least.

We was shown our seats and then we was giving some menus and then we was alone again. "Justin?" I asked. "Humm?" He said while looking down at his menu. "What arrangement?" I question out of pure curiosity and it didn't take him long to reply. "Oh that well like I said I have hired this whole restaurant out for the night just for me and you to have this date and as I arranged that I also made plans for them to keep quite about us being here so we wouldn't be mobbed or disturbed by anybody especially the paparazzi and that's why I was able to book tonight here using my real name as other wise I would have to use a fake name" he finished.

"Oh I see, that all makes sense now, well thank you so much for that Justin, I don't say it enough about how grateful I am not just for everything you do but also for you yourself, I appreciate everything and I hope you know that" I said in all honesty.

"I know that Lils, you don't always have to say it, you just being with me and spending time with me is enough to show that for me so I do know it, more than you know" he said which I could tell came from the bottom of his heart.

It was well into the night now and me and Justin had just finished our meals which I had to say from just the food alone, you could tell that this was a 5 star restaurant.

Once I took a sip of my white wine and dried my mouth off on the napkin that was provided and then look up to try and make eye contact with Justin but I didn't get much luck. Instead he was looking down towards the table while playing with his folk on his nearly empty plate and it concerned me.

"Are you ok?" I asked him which soon snapped he out of his deep thoughts that he was just in.

"Urm yeah I'm fine sorry, got a few things on my mind at the moment".

"Like what? Enlightenment me? You can talk to me Justin, I hope you know that?" I said with a serious look on my face but also a warm one.

"Well you know I said to you that I wanted this to be a special night for us, for you?" He said with a serious but unsure look on his face.

"Yeah I can recall" I said.

"Well that was true and I didn't just bring you here to just take you out for a dinner date, I brought you here for another reason too, I brought you here to ask you something that I'm very nervous to ask".

"Is that's right? Well what might that be Justin? What possibly is that important to bring me to a 5 star restaurant to ask me a simple question?"

It maybe should of been clear to me at this point to what he was trying to say and what he might possibly ask me but maybe because I'm so blind or stupid, I currently had no idea so the need for him to just come out and ask it we're very strong.

"Well Lilly where do I start? Over this last month or so we have got so close as what has happened between us I would of never guessed or imagined that it would happen to me before I left home just over a month ago. This month has been the best time for me for mainly just one reason. Or she'll I say one person and that one person is you!"

Omg what is he doing? Is he doing what I think he's doing, I don't know what to say or how to act if that is what he is doing. Why didn't I see it any sooner? What do I do? It's like in order for Justin to get everything that he wanted out, he had to put me in some sort of trance as I felt like in that moment, I couldn't do anything, I couldn't move or talk. It was like Justin had me under his spell which was just where he wanted me. I don't know what to do, apart from just to look at Justin. All my attention was on Justin. It seemed like it was just me and Justin in the world just like a couple of times before. But I truly didn't mind. I prefer to be in this moment right here than any other especially if Justin was going to ask me the thing I think he's going to ask me. Or what I hope he is going to ask me.

"I really like you Lilly, damn I'm falling for you so it's only right that I ask you this particular question, I know that I'm going back home to the states in a couple of days and I really don't want to go back there single if I can so I guess what I'm trying to ask is ........ Lilly, will you be my girlfriend?"

Well I guess that was it, I guess that was the good thing that I have felt coming all day and I certainly didn't see that coming.
