Chapter 51: Father & Son

Duck's POV

I walked to Dad to see he was holding the baby. He noticed me.

Kenny: Hey son, I was thinking Alvin Jr. What do you think?

Duck: Yeah. I like it.

Kenny: Alvin Jr. it is.

He looks at Alvin Jr.

Kenny: You like that?

He looks back at me.

Kenny: Well, I think AJ approves. What do you got there?

He sees peroxide in my hand.

Duck: Your bandages might need changing.

Kenny: You shouldn't have to do stuff like this.

Duck: Shouldn't have to do a lot of things.

Kenny: All right... let's get it over with. Hopefully it don't scare this little guy. Or you.

I take off his bandage. I look at his eye in disgust.

Kenny: How does it look?

It looked horrible. His eye was gone and all bloody.

Duck: I'm glad Carver's dead.

Kenny: We saw to that, didn't we?

I then wet the rag with the peroxide.

Kenny: I'm guessing this is gonna be the shitty part.

Duck: This is gonna hurt a lot.

Kenny: Well, you could have lied a little, you know.

I then put the rag on his eye and he leaned back his head in pain.

Kenny: Aaaargh! Holy fucking Hell.

Duck: You need to stop squirming.

Kenny: Yeah... yeah, okay.

I then start cleaning his wound.

Kenny: Sorry about the language, Junior... You're gonna be tougher then me when you're grown.

Duck: He'll be tough... just like his dad.

Kenny: Alvin didn't look it... but yeah... that guy had a pair on him.

I then bandage him.

Duck: All done.

Kenny: Thank you.

Duck: Yup.

Y/N and Clem walks to us.

Y/N: I see you are done bandaging.

Clementine: Are we ready to go?

Duck: Yeah.

Everyone walks to us.

Bonnie: Let's head out.

We then continue walking.
