12. Confrontation, That's My Mum

"Is everything ok mum? What's this about?" "Well don't be too worried but I just wanted to make sure everything was ok with you and I just wanted to ask where you was all day on Saturday as you were out all day and that's unlike you especially when you didn't really say anything to me about it. I was going to talk to you about all this yesterday when I wasn't in so much of a rush to go to work but I didn't want to spoil your fun with Penelope and I couldn't wait till later to find out so I thought I would try and catch you now. Sorry to wake you up".

Oh god she's become suspicious and starting to notice things. I can't lie to her, I don't want to lie to her. She don't deserve that. I think this is a sign that this is the right time to finally tell her about everything that has been happening with Justin in the past weeks. Because after all she is my mum and if I can't trust her then who can I trust? We have always been close.

So I took a deep breath and looked up to look at my mum and then I looked back down again.

Lilly: "Well mum, before I tell you, do you promise me you won't be angry and that you will be ok about it all, I wasn't hiding it from you, I just want to find out what the situation was before I told you and I just wanted to make sure that things were going to last long enough to make it worth talking to you about as well"

Lillys mum: "I'm sure that I won't be angry but I can't go as far as promising you that I won't as it depends on what your about to tell me, just tell me Lilly, you know you can talk to me about anything, well I hope you do anyway"

Lilly: "Yeah I know that but this isn't that easy, this one isn't an easy one to talk about mum, plus I'm not even sure if your believe me either"

Lillys mum: "I don't know about that Lilly, just start from the beginning and I'm sure I will, just try me?"

Lilly: "Ok but do you promise to not comment till I have finished specking?"

Lillys mum: "Yes ok I can promise you that, now tell me"

Lilly: "Ok well here goes, about 2-3 weeks ago I received a random strange message, that's how this whole thing started. I started to talk to the person which I usually wouldn't do as you know but I just had this feeling that I had to keep talking to this person because something would come out of it that I wouldn't want to miss and I haven't had that feeling before. It was all new to me. So I kept talking to him mostly out of curiosity. I ended up finding out that his name is Justin and that he had currently came from America to here in London for a short while for work. We got quite close over about a week or so period which I know sounds crazy but this is what happened and you wanted to know and you had to be the one involved in it to understand it all I guess. Anyway to cut a very long story short I then came to find out that the person that I had been talking to wasn't just anybody, it wasn't just any Justin, it was the one and only Justin Bieber" I breathed.

It felt like I just said that all in one breath so I thought I would take a break from talking and see what my mum had to say about what I had told her so far.

Lilly mum: "Wow Lilly, just wow, I don't know what to say......I can't believe you have went through all this on your own without me even knowing, it's a lot to take in and Justin Bieber?"

Lilly: "I know and I'm sorry, your not angry are you?"

Lillys mum: "No of course not, I'm not angry at all, I wish you would of told me though but I'm glad I know now, I'm just taking it all in you? I'm trying to get my head around it all"

Lilly: "Yeah I get that, I had to too believe it or not and if I could go back in time and do it differently I would and I would tell you"

Lillys mum: "I'm sure you would off, right Lilly I do have some questions that I want to ask you about this, it's not the end of this conversation" she smiled at me to show that it wont be because she wanted to tell me off for doing something wrong or anything but that she genuinely wanted to know more and I knew that there was more that I had to tell her too. She then carried on specking to finish off what she wanted to say. "But I have to go now Lilly otherwise I will be late for work" she said as she got up of my bed and started to walk towards my bedroom door to leave but then turned back around to give me a warm hug and kiss which I obviously returned and was grateful for.
