There are many characteristics that would be nice for our employees to have, but we decided to make it simple and narrow it down to a funky little acronym. So, what traits should Intellectus employees have? They need to be B.L.U.E.
● Brilliant- At Intellectus, we need someone who is smart and can creatively solve problems and give a fresh perspective.
● Likable- Intellectus is all about teamwork.
● Unique- Creativity stems from within before it can be expressed outward. Boring people equals boring inventions. What makes you, you?
● Eager- Eager to learn, experiment, and explore. You can't change the world without pushing the limits.
If you think you are B.L.U.E, then I strongly encourage you to apply for a position and become an Intellect. No matter your interests, there is something for you at Intellectus. Trust me; you will never find another job quite like this one.
