Jaliyah is a 18 year old who lives on her own , she suffers from depression after the passing of her father who was mistakenly killed for the wrong person .
Since the passing of her father Jaliyah and her mother have been closer as ever. Especially Jaliyah and her older sister Ja'lani who was only 2 years older then her. Jaliyah and her twin brother Avion wasn't really as close because she knew he would kiss ass in gang groups trying to be like them.
Jaliyah has a best friend name Alissa who's been there for her since sandbox days , their pretty close with each other .
