That was all that was said as the room went quiet as Weiss turns her head away in obvious shame when seeing both you and Winter in the same room.

Winter: yes it's me

She says this with a small but warming smile that is normally saved for you as Weiss feels a pain in her heart knowing the reason why she never had that smile directed at her was because she wanted to be 'perfect' for her father but neglecting what family feels like even though that is the main thing she always wanted but she never knew it till she watched how your face reacted once father boiled it. 

Winter: Weiss Y/N let's take a walk I believe we have much to discuss right

Weiss: yes sister

Y/N: that we do

The three of you all head towards Vale to a nice privet high end café 

Winter: well let's talk Y/N how have you been since you left

Y/N: well I was fine after leaving the house and eventually getting out of Mantel I travelled through a forest and was able to use my fire to kill some grim 

Winter nodded at that as you continued. 

Y/N: I eventually got to a village and picked up a sword before a grim attack where I stayed there a fought along side our teammates and mine adoptive mother Summer Rose

Weiss is in momentary shock about that as she never knew what you did after running away from house.

Y/N: I stood there clearing the grim but unfortunately I witnessed two people dyeing in front of me as I was experiencing first to second degree burns

Winter: did you use your ice

Y/N: no I didn't 

Winter: why

Y/N: because it reminded me of what happened back 'there' and I would have left myself open whilst in any sort of fight but recently I have got over it thanks to being able to talk to Weiss about it has allowed me to use it but I'm still very unexperienced with it still but practicing when I can.

Winter: that's good now what about your schooling, your teams and anything else I should know as an older sister

Weiss: well were doing well in a magnitude of lesion's I'm fifth in solo combat behind Y/N, my team leader Ruby her sister Yang and Pyrrha Nikos 

Winter nods understanding that.

Winter: now what about your teams

Y/N: well due to there being an irregular amount of people this year we are in a team of five

Winter: well who are you with that's what I mean I want names you two

Y/N: ah

Winter: don't play dumb with me you both knew that

Y/N: well I'm partially literate from not going to school

Winter: you've had seven years since you left

Y/N: well yeah your right

Winter: so give me there names

Y/N: well me and Weiss are on a team

Winter: good defense and offensive along with a wide range of versatility who else

Weiss: well our brawler is Yang Xiao long the person that you saw fighting Y/N earlier

Winter: she was good with taking a hit and holding herself against you without weapons 

Y/N: yeah 

Weiss: well we have what I would say as our scout? Blake Belladonna she is also Y/N's -

Weiss is stopped forcefully as you kick her under the table

Weiss: did you just kick me

Y/N: me no I didn't

Weiss then kicks you in your shins as you wince a bit before attempting to kick back only to hit Winter.

Winter: Y/N did you just kick me

Y/N: no I didn't winter

You were sweating a bit after hitting Winter.

Winter: you didn't so what did I just feel against my shin so I'm going to listen to Weiss about this person since you didn't want me to know anyway Weiss continue what were you going to say about miss Belladonna 

Weiss: well she is in fact Y/N's girlfriend  

Winter: oh really that's intresting

Winter looks at you as she has a small smile on her face but through her eyes you can tell she's going to tease you about this

Y/N: please don't tease you

Winter: who said I'm going to tease you

She says this with a bit of amusement in her voice.

Y/N: why did you tell her Weiss

Weiss: well she's our sister so she deserves to know

Y/N: I could have done it in my own time

Winter: anyway moving on from your love life Y/N

You face plant into the table.

Winter: who is your leader

Y/N: well her name is Ruby Rose she's a good leader who is able to come up with ideas for each of us to advance and work together

Weiss: she was also moved up two years

Y/N: your just jealous that she's doing a good job whilst being two years younger than her

Weiss: I never said that where did you get that

Y/N: our first lesion you held resentment towards her for not being made leader

Weiss: well yeah but

Y/N: you can't get out of it

Weiss: I've changed you've helped me change and I'm really sorry about the past

Y/N: don't worry about it I've forgiven you since yo have wanted to try and change since you saw the affects and repercussions of your actions

You say this whilst you put your hand on Weiss's to comfort her whilst she thinks about what she has done to you as tears well up in her eyes as you see this you get up and hug her as Winter watches till she to joins into the hug as you just hold onto each other in the embrace after not seeing Winter in over seven years the emotions get to you as small tears fall from your eyes but it's not of sadness it's from your happiness as Winter also has small tears in her eyes that don't fall for a similar reason as your tears as the three of you spend the rest of the day together and getting some more understanding about Winter and how she's been through the last seven years. It eventually became the end of the day as Winter got ready to leave.

Weiss: do you have to go now 

Winter: I'm sorry Weiss, Y/N but the second I was aware that Y/N was at Beacon I booked a day off and took one of the fastest bullheads to get here within the day so that I could see you both I won't be able to see you again till the Vital festival I'm sorry about that

Y/N: don't worry winter we understand after all you are working as an Atlas specialist so don't worry about it ok

Weiss: yeah well be right here waiting for you so don't worry about it

Winter: alright oh and Y/N next time I come here I want to meet this girlfriends of yours

Y/N: please don't threaten her

Winter: why would I do that

Y/N: no reason 

Winter: ok well see you both 

You both join Winter in a small hug as she then breaks it and walks onto the bullhead and leaves to head towards Atlas.
