Chapter: Seven

Zara was standing in the library two days later with Scott and Stiles while Scott explained his plan that he had for the night, per usual, it was kind of stupid and might get everyone killed. He displayed a map on the table with specific markings.

"Telluric currents?" Stiles asked raising his brows

"The Dread Doctors didn't seem to like them at Eichen so I was thinking we could use them to protect Hayden and keep them from coming after her." Scott explains

"Okay so where would we keep her? What place has the strongest convergence?" Stiles asked

Scott pointed to the map, "We're standing on it."

"The school? You're gonna hide her here? For how long?"

"All night if we have to. Liam convinced Hayden not to say anything to her sister, she's working a double tonight and thinks Hayden is staying at a friend's place." Scott explains to the two of them.

"Okay but Scott, it's just a school."

"Yeah, it's not exactly a fortress, Scotty." Stiles responds

"Lydia has a plan for that. Remember how Valack quoted Tesla?" Scott asked

Stiles nods, "Frequency and Vibration."

"She thinks he wasn't saying it just to sound smart, she thinks it's a clue." Scott declares

"Okay but to do what?"

"To disrupt their frequency. Parrish took three cell phone jammers from the station, he thinks he can broaden their range of frequency, it's a long shot but we have to try everything we can." Scott elaborates "And we need everyone we can get to help us out tonight."

Zara and Stiles share a nervous glance.

"We actually can't help tonight, we've gotta watch Josh at the Animal Clinic, make sure we find out who's taking the bodies." Stiles responds

"Oh damn, you guys do have to do that. Okay well just.. be safe." Scott says

Zara nods, "Of course, you too Mccall."

Later that night she arrived at the Animal Clinic, she got there before Stiles did because she decided to run while he took his Jeep to school and decided to drive instead of just vamping here like she did. She walked through the backdoor and into the building but she heard Theo talking to someone.

She hid inside the closet as she listened in on the conversation.

"You can't tell me you don't wanna know who's taking the bodies." He says

"Inconsequential." The robotic sounding eerie voice said.

Was Theo talking to a Dread Doctor?

Wait a damn minute.

"Why?" Theo asked, "Wait, you already know who's taking them." A long pause, sounded like heavy breathing, "Did you forget that you're supposed to be keeping me in the loop with everything?!" He exclaimed angrily
