So I suggest you listen to subliminal music it's calming
So while your doing this method lay on your back and start to close your eyes
Now imagine what your desired reality is you should write it on a paper to memories examples of what to think of (name,age,reality your going shift in, friends,family,a person you are together with and etc.)
Now your going to count 1-100 this is really common for every method to count 1-100 as it takes time now repeat these words in can be in order but you can decide these are all positive words:
I am shifting
Shifting is easy
Shifting is fun
I can shift whenever I want
I am powerful
This is the last day in my old reality
I am happy
I am grateful
I am a master shifter
Next step(non-sleep)
If you think your surroundings changed open your eyes
But if you haven't shifted keep affirming
Same step(but for sleep)
Try and try to affirm until you sleep and you should be in your dream reality
Here's the symptoms while affirming
-Whole body numb
-eye twitch
-heavy breathing
-head will slowly move side to side
-floaty feeling
-feeling detached
-tingling
