Keep saying ,,I am,, until you get symptoms
And start counting to 1-100 I. Your head or out loud very slowly and you should start experiencing more signs of shifting during this act
Keep going until your disconnected from your body
Once you feel disconnected from your body visualize your dream (friends,family, scenes etc.)
If you can't visualize feel your dream(smell , weather,vibe, surrounding)
Once you feel feel your surroundings change open your eyes.
