For this method
You will have to go to a quiet room interuption free no distractions to keep you away from shifting
Lock your door and then lay on any flat surface in a star fish position make sure you are focused
Make sure to be half asleep
You can do meditating before beginning
Make sure you are comfortable then count to 1-100 in your mind or out loud and between you saying that say I have shifted
And while your doing that imagine your desired reality where you will spawn at or wake up at imagine the room or surrounding
After your done counting to a hundred don't move or open your eyes say I have shifted into my reality or I am in my desired reality in head or out loud over and over again untill you fall asleep.
It might not work the first time but it's normal for shifting to take time:)
