For the first step sit on a chair and close your eyes and feel like your in your dream
(You don't need to visualize at all for this)
It may take a while but focus on it
Once you get the feeling you are in your dream memorize the atmosphere and amplify it.
Once you feel like your in your dream,it shouldn't feel like your visualizing it or that it's all up in your head,you have to physically feel like you are,for example sitting in grass in your dream
You genuinely have to feel like your in your dream
You can do this once every 30 minutes if you have the time.
All you need to do is close your eyes and feel like your in your dream for a minimum of 17 seconds or more if that's ez
Step two is performed before sleeping in which you lie down and get in a comfortable position I recommend not moving,and then close your eyes and visualize a scene in your dream,as your visualizing that scene also feel like you are there in that dream
Now repeat affirmation that you will shift or you prefer
Once your done repeat until you fall asleep, that scene should be short scene so that you can repeat the step multiple times,you need to have a clear mindset and you really need to focus.
