After Liam left, Theo finally went to sleep. Hours later he woke up and found himself once again alone.

By now, curiosity wasn't a good look on him, but it didn't stop him from climbing out of the bed and venturing out the door. Liam told him not to leave, and he won't dare to leave this house but that didn't mean he can't explore the place.

Instead, he walked down the staircase, pupils blown wide at the significant difference between his home in Heaven and this one.

He kept walking through halls until he reached the end. He was fascinated by the last room. The door was wide open and Theo's green eyes was met by the reflection of himself, as the room was full of mirrors.

Theo stood in awe, taking small steps into the small room. His heart was racing in his chest, it could be heard in his own ears. This was the first proper time when he actually laid eyes upon his own body.

In Heaven, appearance was nothing. All physical features were glorified and nobody had mirrors.

Breathing shallowly, he softly pressed his hand against the glass that was clear as day, all his features and flaws sparkled. This must've been the cleanest object he's seen so far in Hell, and he didn't know what to think about it.

Staring at his face, Theo let his eyes wander, analysing each small detail. His pinkish lips, the high cheek bones and the hair that was slightly tasseled from sleep.

He stepped back, looking at his body. The first thing he saw was his wings. He's always seen them, but not like this. This was a different perspective.

To say at least, he was satisfied with the way he looked. He found himself to be... pretty and cute. That thought made him feel sick.

"I'm not supposed to!" he whispered to himself, fluttering his wings closed. He wanted to close his eyes and walk out of the room, but he couldn't stop staring at himself. This room was enough to make someone mad. Maybe that's why Liam had it.

The angel was beginning to understand why mortals were obsessed with physical attraction. Looking at himself made him feel all different types, no wonder pride was one of the seven deadly sins. Theo could picture himself using his physical body to his advantage.

"Wrong.. this is wrong. Forgive me," the angel mumbled, turning each different way he could, but everywhere there was mirrors. The door was to the right of him, all he had to do was step out, but the only urge he was receiving was to gaze at himself more.

"Forgive you?" a voice interrupted Theo's trance. The angel was alerted and he jumped, turning his head to the right to see the figure of Liam in the entrance way. "Forgive you for liking the way you look? Or hating the way you look?"

Theo barely caught the words, still quite startled by Liam's sudden appearance. The demon must stop randomly appearing, at times it's helpful and other times it's genuinely frightening. When he collected himself, his gaze went back to the mirror in front of him.

"Liking." Theo replied ashamed. "You mean there's some who dislike their appearance?"

Liam stepped in, walking up behind the angel, his body reflecting off the mirror, but only merely paying attention to Theo. "Of course."

Theo shyly shook his head. "I- I don't understand. I don't understand why you have such a room. It's- It's repulsive!"

"That's the purpose." Liam maneuvered his hands around Theo's hips, hearing the brunette take a deep breath for a second. The demon leaned down, making eye contact with Theo in the mirror. "You see, when people are locked in a room where they can only look at themselves, it causes distortion, eventually madness."
