After a while, all three of them stop and look at each other.
Whitebeard : You look good, Roger, Max!
Roger : How long has it been, Newgate?!
Max : Are you guys just gonna talk?
Roger, Whitebeard & Max : Give me everything you have!!!!
All three of them laugh.
Whitebeard Pirates : COME ON, MEN!!
Roger Pirates : LOOT THEM!!!!
Max : HAHAHAHAA!!!! THIS IS GONNA BE AMAZING!!!!
He suddenly realises something. Both pirate crews were running towards him.
Max : Oh...? Well then....
He throws away the katana he had in his hands and unsheaths another one from his waist.

The fight between The Roger Pirates, The Whitebeard Pirates and Max lasted three days and three nights with the upper hand constantly shifting from side to side.

Max : Oi!!! Roger!! Check this out!!
He shows him a rubbing of a Poneglyph.
Roger : AWEESOMEEE!!!! WHERE'D YOU GET THIS!!?
Max : I stole it from Linlin!!
Roger : CAN I KEEP IT?!!!
Max : OF COURSE NOT!!!! I'm the one who'll reach the last island!!!
Oden looks at the rubbing.
Roger & Max : Can you read it?!!
Oden : Yes, I can.
They were sitting together with Whitebeard.
Oden : I can translate it for you... But why did you guys transcribe this!!!
Max : I was able to reach the last island by following Roger's ship.
Roger : However, when we finally got there, we realized... It wasn't the last island!!
Max : The log pose couldn't guide us further... But I'm sure there's a last island! These inscriptions can help us to reach there. But the World Government have banned the deciphering of these Poneglyphs. There actions can only confirm that there's a treasure hidden there!!

Max : EH?!! HOLD UP!!! I AM TAKING ODEN WITH ME!!!!
Roger & Whitebeard : ....
Max : WHAT'S WITH THOSE FACES!!?
Roger : Ah... You don't have a ship, do you?
Whitebeard : Plus, he has a whole family with him.
Max fall on his knees.
Max : Why am I still here...? Just to suffer...?
Roger bows down.
Roger : I beg you, Oden!! Please sail with me for a year!!
Oden : Stop it!! This is shameful!! You shouldn't bow to me!!
Gaban : Stop it, Captain!!! They are our rivals!!
Suddenly, Whitebeard yells.
Whitebeard : QUITE SCREWING AROUND, ROGER!!! DO YOU REALLY THINK I'LL LET YOU TAKE A MEMBER OF MY FAMILY!!?
Max : This is bad, he's pissed... Oi, Newgate. Calm down a bit and stop creating these seaquakes.
He tries to calm Whitebeard down.
Oden's POV
"Before I could even think straight... I already had my answer."
Oden : I want to get to the bottom of this. Please let me go with him!!

The Roger Pirates were preparing to sail. Max and Roger were sitting near the ship.
Max : ....So Newgate agreed, huh?
Roger : Yeah!!
Max : You're lucky.
Roger : I sure am.
Max sighs and stand up.
Roger : Hm?
Max : Guess I don't have a choice then...
He lifts up his hand.
Max : Roger!! Let's make an alliance!!! Let's reach the last together!!! I'm sure we'll do this together!!
Roger : ....Eh?
Roger : EHHHHH!!!!??
