"Ji..." Seyeon staggers forwards, thrusting her nose against his neck and scenting as much as she could. Jisung allowed her to, licking her gently. "I'm so sorry, Ji. I'm so fucking sorry."
"I know. I know you are, Yeonie."
Yoongi closed his eyes, relieved to see his children making up so easily. He loved them both, and they each crossed a line. Jisung, however, couldn't have said it better. Yoongi was always bad with words, but luckily Jisung never got that trait.
Standing, Yoongi gained their attention with a low rumble in his chest. "Change back to human form and get changed. Clean yourselves up. Meet me in Jia's room as soon as you are done. If you think I was scary, wait till you deal with your mother."
Seyeon flinches, but doesn't argue. Merely gets to her paws and trails behind Jisung back to their room. Chuffing in his throat, Yoongi glances around the mess of the living room and sighs. At least he already knows his punishment for them.
Cleaning up and fixing this mess.
Trotting back to his bedroom, he changes and pulls on new clothes before hurrying to Jia's room and pushing it open. Jeongguk was on Jia's bed, cradling her in his arms as he rocked her back and forth.
The twin boys were at his feet as he told their favorite story. The story of how Yoongi and Namjoon became a wolf. They were listening with rapt attention, tiny fingers fiddling with the blankets as Jeongguk spoke in soft, sweet tones and held tighter to Jia.
"And when he opened his eyes, they were golden. Just like a Lycan's. Like ours." Jeongguk bopped his finger against Hajun's nose. The pup giggles. "He was so fierce, and brave. It took him a while to learn to be a wolf, but he adjusted. He was an Alpha after all."
"Didn't he fight Head Alpha? Didn't he fight Joonie?" Hayoon pipes up wiggling.
Jia whines. "No! Why did daddy fight with Joonie?"
Jeongguk soothes her. "Because, baby girl, Alpha's are strong, right? But sometimes, they want to prove to each other they are strong. So, they fight each other. To see who is the best," he explains calmly. "And guess what?"
"What?" the twins ask in unison.
Jeongguk giggles. "Your daddy won."
"Because he's the bestest!" Jia shouts happily wiggling.
Jeongguk hums. "Because he was made to be a wolf, my flower. But, your daddy didn't want to be Head Alpha. He wanted to help Joon be a better leader, so he didn't become Head Alpha. He let Joon do it."
Grinning, Yoongi swoops in and scoops up the twins. They squeal in delight, clambering over him as he settles on the bed. "Sometimes, despite being stronger, Alpha's aren't always made to lead. I never wanted to keep a pack in line. Remember, being an Alpha isn't always cut and dry."
"Then why?" Hayoon whines, clutching onto his shirt.
"Because I am not a leader. I have leading qualities, son, but I am not made to lead this pack. Namjoon is a much better Head Alpha, but I will always be his second in command. Eager to support him," Yoongi concludes, kissing both of their heads.
"We will too!" they say in unison, eager.
Yoongi smiles fondly. "I am sure you will, little wolves." The sound of the door creaking open garners his attention for a second, then turns back to the twins. "Alright, you two. Storytime is over. Off to bed."
Slipping off the bed, they both stumble past their elder siblings, kissing Jia goodnight, and disappearing down the hall. Yoongi turns to Jia. "Jia-yah, why don't you go sleep in mommy and daddy's room tonight, hm?"
"Okay, daddy," she whispers, already slinking off in the direction of their bedroom. Jeongguk, now that the younger children were gone, had hardened his face to stone as he gestured for his first born to enter the room.
They quickly do, closing the door behind them.
Yoongi sits back, smirking slightly as he watches his mate fall so easily into the angered mother role. Something that was a rare sight, but if the children thought he was scary when he was angry had nothing on Jeongguk.
The Omega was downright terrifying when he was angry- right up there with Jimin and Taehyung.
"Yelling, waking up your siblings, throwing things, acting like wild animals, using sub-gender against one another? Jisung, Seyeon, I am so disappointed in you," Jeongguk rants, arms crossed over his chest as he glares coldly. The twins flinch at the harsh tone from their mother. "I know for a fact that I have taught you both better than that. When we are angry, we do not use force. We do not call each other names, or belittle their sub-gender."
"Mom, it wasn't-"
"Seyeon, be quiet," Jeongguk growls, eyes flashing dangerously. Seyeon snaps her jaw closed and bows her head in submission. "I heard you use an Alpha order on your brother. Your twin brother. What in the hell were you thinking?"
"I- I wasn't," she murmurs weakly.
"Damn right, you weren't." Jeongguk crosses the space, pausing inches from his daughter as he brushes back her raven hair. "Baby, why? You know how I was raised and how I feel about overbearing Alpha's. Please, explain to me why you would do such a thing?"
"I- I don't know, mom. I really don't know," Seyeon whimpers, wiping her cheeks quickly to banish the tears. Jisung presses his shoulder against his sister's, sweet scent circling the air with comforting pheromones. "I didn't- I didn't mean to."
Jeongguk sighs quietly. "Baby, listen to me, alright?" Seyeon nods. "I do not like you using your Alpha voice. If something is bothering you about your brother, talk to him, or talk to one of us. You can't go around using physical violence to solve your issues. You may be a wolf, but you aren't a feral wolf. Do you understand?"
"Yes, mom," they both whisper quietly.
"As for belittling one another, that is not tolerated either. If you need to get away from one another, go for a run, or hit a pillow- I don't care what- but do not call each other names or use their weakness against them," Jeongguk continues. "It's wrong. You're both too old for that shit. You're both fifteen years old. Understood?"
"Yes."
"Do I need to make anything else clear?" Jeongguk wonders. They both shake their heads. The Omega turns to his Alpha. "Well, Yoongi? Have you decided on their punishment?"
"Indeed, darling." He catches the twin's eyes. "I want the living room and your room completely cleaned up. I mean spotless. Toothbrush clean. The door to be fixed, everything you broke fixed. Questions?"
"No."
"Shoo."
They scamper away.
"Not going to lie, you going all stern dad was kinda sexy," Jeongguk muses coyly, leaning over and planting a kiss against his lips. "Too bad we are stuck with Jia tonight."
Yoongi whines. "Not even a blow job?"
"Nope. Come on, sexy dad. Let's go the hell to bed."
