A/Ns: Before the chapter starts, I'd like to wish @GRMight the best birthday as possible! You've been supporting me so much through this entire book and you're the one who gives me true motivation to keep it up and always try my best for the chapters. Happy Birthday!

As some may have noticed, there's a new cover for the book drawn by the amazing @fruitloop_chan on Twitter. I hope you like it!

Now this being said, here comes the longest chapter of that book so far. Enjoy!

There were only so many times where Momo had seen Y/n nervous...

"...Y/n?"

"..."

"...Darling?"

"..."

"...Y/n, are you okay?"

...Now was one of them.

She could tell by the way he was pacing around, biting his tongue hard as if to keep focused.

The teenager snapped back to reality and looked up to Momo, so his eyes could find hers. She had slight concern on her face but gave a small smile and he spoke his mind. "I'm sorry. I just...um...needed time, to think of what I would tell them."

"I could tell," Momo chuckled in response. She did a double-take, gazing around the room. Unfamiliar, to say the least. It seemed to be an office, given the rather imposing desk set in the middle of the room. And judging by the floor-to-ceiling-window which overlooked the dorms, they were still in U.A. "Where are we anyway?"

Y/n responded, "Ah, sorry about that too," and scratched the back of his head as he smiled sheepishly. This was in stark contrast to his usual self but if anything, Momo actually thought a nervous Y/n was just as loving as a confident one. It made him more...human, finally showing his feelings instead of burying them deep inside. But it doesn't mean it made everything easier.

He couldn't help but feel worried. If things went poorly, it could dent his and his friends' relationship and likely impact the general atmosphere that had settled in the class since the beginning of the school year. The more he considered what to tell his classmates, the more those kinds of thoughts began plaguing his mind.

What would they think of him?

What if they lost trust in him?

Would they avoid him? He could always just have Momo by his side but it didn't mean he wanted to lose all his friends.

His mind was racing. He didn't even have the slightest idea as to what to begin with, but he knew there was no way he couldn't not tell them. Fundamentally, they had all, without exception, heard the great lines from the media.

Actually, the majority of Japan had heard of it.

It had been two weeks since the incident at Kamino and some TV channels were still rambling about that. It was getting painfully irritating how false rumours and accusations against him began to circulate. It would only get worse if ever the accident from the provisional license exam were to be made public.

In a somewhat expected way, Y/n remained unphased to it.

Partially due to the fact he would be perfectly fine rolling with their comments as long as the job was done. Considering what really mattered in the end was that the villains were stopped and everyone was saved. But being well received and appreciated was also part of the job. If they ever thought he couldn't become a hero, he would prove them wrong.

Mostly due to the fact he had her. He used to be alone but he wasn't anymore. He looked at Momo and saw those big, emotion-filled onyx eyes staring back at him. Sometimes she had this look in her eyes that made her seem so small and cute and Y/n couldn't help but feel like he'd break her if he hugged her too tightly. Now as he lost himself in the deepness of her midnight pools, he could hardly believe that he'd be alone ever again.
