"Reiki I have everything ready here. I have a feeling this will be it." said a short light-blue skinned girl.

"If this goes wrong, then our only other option is taking the deal from the League of Villains. But that Tomura guy gives me the creeps. No man should have skin that wrinkly at 20."

Reiki removed her mask, causing a sheet of white hair to fall down at her shoulders.

"So let's perform this one last experiment. Who knows, it could be a success. Ug I should have stayed in school instead of getting involved in this underground crook lifestyle." She flipped her hair behind her shoulder and grabbed the paper bag. The contents inside clinked together as she set it down on the counter along with all the syringes full of various colored liquids.

"Ok so first is the molecular air control quirk." Reiki held up a syringe with purple liquid sloshing around inside. She used her own quirk which caused the liquid to float in the air and form little orbs.

Reiki only seemed so enthusiastic when it came to engineering.

"Ok Chiyui, hand me the #15 serum."

"Right away!"

The small girl rummaged her hands through the bag and pulled out a small closed vial of off liquid that resembled egg white. As Reiki worked her precise chemistry magic, Chiyui stood behind watching as her friend mixed various liquids and powders with a gleam in her eyes.

User can turn liquid into orb-like bubbles. They can trap things and have different viscosity due to the type of liquid.

Appearance: Shoulder length white hair. Angular intimidating chrome eyes. Very pink lips that are always hidden by a mask. She is tall and slender.

Quirk: Neon Beam
User can emit blinding neon light from anywhere on their body.
Drawback: hot flashes
Alias Name: Chiyui
Appearance: Short, neon hair (resembles a jellyfish) and color changing skin. She has bright innocent ocean blue eyes that also change color and a childish personality that hides another side of her.
Power level: 5/5
Intellect: 4/5

Shigaraki sat against the wall of his bedroom in deep thought. Am I an idiot? Do I know what I am doing?

Ever since he recruited Izuku, he has been rethinking his own potental due to the boy's genius mind. He was all alone at base, because Spinner didn't count as a person he had to care about. Apparently it was a free day for all the members of the league to do what they wanted.

Shigaraki suddenly was interupted by a knock at the door.

"Uh who is it." he replied, slightly shaken up.

"It's Izuku. May I come in?"

"Sure."

The door opened, revealing Izuku in his outfit from the training exersize in class.

"So what happened at school today?" mumbled Shigaraki. Izuku's eyes squinted as he smirked.

"Well we did a training exersize I guess. We got to beat eachother up and stuff."

Shigaraki was annoyed by his vagueness. "Did you do anything helpful?"

"Maybe.." said Izuku, reaching into his backpack, taking out a stack of white papers.
