You may be asking, "How do that? isn't it complicated?" Well, to be honest its not complicated at all!
There are sooo many ways you can hire someone to do this, but i will show you the easiest way.
So, there are websites that are basically called "online marketplaces" for example, if you want to have someone design your book cover you need to go on the website and say what you need and your budget. When people start on these websites, they don't have reviews yet. Because they don't have reviews, they will do anything their good at(FOR FREE) just for the reviews. So if you can, try hiring them.
