WHY IS THIS HAPPENING?

I scroll through my phone and run across a video. It was about shifting, i've never heard about it but it sounded interesting so I keep watching. It asks if there's a show, movie, or anime that I would like to go to.
It then says get a notebook and write every detail of what I would my life to be like when I go. After I finish writing I have to go to sleep with it under my pillow.
'I might as well try, no harm in that right? ' I thought to myself.
I grab my notebook and write....
I wrote how I would like to live in Konoha and be friends with Naruto, Shikamaru, Hinata and the rest. With Kakashi as my sensei and everyone still be alive (except for the third hokage 💀)
It'll take place in the shippuden series with them as teenagers. I would just live a normal life and be a good ninja. After I finish I put it under my pillow turn off my light and go to sleep.
