'Linc turn your alarm off',

I said rolling over to face him, I went to put my arms around him but he wasn't there, I quickly turned his alarm off. I sat up and saw that all of his stuff was gone, I quickly got up and walked down stairs, I began to look around the house for him,

'Linc!',

I yelled out as I walked around the house, I shook my head slightly, I quickly picked up my phone and began to call him. There was no answer. I quickly put my clothes on and got into my car, realising that he was going to be at work.

'y/n what are you doing here I thought you weren't coming in until later?',

Jackson asked me slightly confused, I shook my head at him,

'I wasn't but I kind of have to kill my boyfriend! what OR is he in?',

I asked Jackson slightly annoyed, he looked at me quite frightened,

'I'm not sure if I should actually tell you where he is because you see ridiculously mad',

Jackson said, I gave him a slight death stare,

'fine he's in OR 2 but I'm coming with you',

Jackson said to me, I began to walk to the viewing box of OR 2 and Jackson followed behind me. We entered the viewing box I saw a bunch of interns looking down watching the surgery,

'everyone out!',

Jackson said supporting me, the interns quickly scrammed. Link heard the kafuffle and looked up to the box, Jackson looked down at him shaking his head,

'morning baby',

Link said, I could tell he was smiling at me under his mas,

'do you want to explain to me why you left without saying goodbye this morning?',

I yelled at him over the intercom, Link looked at me slightly confused,

'you were so peaceful I didn't want to wake you up',

Link said, I shook my head at him,

'Link you know I have a thing about people walking out of my life so when you weren't there this morning I jumped to the worst conclusion',

I said trying not to cry, Jackson put his hand on my back. Link looked at me concerned,

'Avery I'm done any chance you can come down and close up so I can comfort my girlfriend'.
