You need:
- A seashell: this symbolizes your shield
- Some water: this symbolizes positive things within your shield
- A ring: this symbolizes you
Cleanse your seashell and ring. Rub the ring in between your hands to imbue your energy into it. With the intention of protection strongly in your mind, put the ring into the seashell. Now full it up with water while thinking of all the positivity and positive energy in your life.
Then put it on your altar/somewhere you go often, and let it work it's magick.
