Amelia was pacing backwards and forwards in the hallway at the hospital trying to process what Timothy had just said. The twins were getting checked on in the nursery. She didn't even know how to feel about having kids at nineteen years of age. She never even finished high school because she was stuck on the island for almost a year. Oliver never even got to finish his course to become a teacher. All their lives turned to a disaster since the day her parents had died, and she found out the love of her life is now her brother. She is now a mother of twins. She never meant for anything like this to happen.

She continues to walk up ad down the hallway outside the nursery. Her heart aching, tears pouring out of her eyes. Her hands covering her face is distraught. She couldn't keep her feeling inside any longer as she slides down the wall having her legs in her face as she cries harder. Timothy notices her in the hallway, watching her every move. He walks up to her as she stands up. Timothy puts an arm around her, she gave in and hugged him back.

"They are ready for you two to do a DNA test," he says.

Amelia shook her head as they walked down to the end of the hallway and in the room. Oliver sat there with Meredith. She looked up at her with an evil glare. She never did like the idea of Oliver and Amelia dating. Amelia wasn't rich like Heather was. Heather had everything and bought everything for Pederson's family. Amelia never knew why Meredith hated her so much until she found out that Amelia and Oliver were related, Meredith immediately asked for a DNA test. She didn't believe a word that Timothy had said.

The doctor walked with the gear to do the testing.

"This is just going to be a few minutes, and you guys can go back to your rooms to get tested for anything else."

The doctor swiped it inside the mouth for each person, placed the swiping sticks in the packet, and placed them on the bench right in front of Meredith. Everybody left the room, Meredith was the last to leave. Amelia rushes to her room and climbs back into the hospital bed. She stares at the wall waiting for the nurse to bring her babies into her. She waited for their patiently staring at the door now. Amelia saw everyone walking outside her room, but nobody came into her room. She started to be worried and anxious about her babies. They never came back from the nursery not even once, not even for her to sign paperwork. She hadn't even filled out their birth certificates yet.

She noticed a shadow outside her door, something unusual to see someone standing outside her room. She got excited. She thought it was the nurse bringing her twins in, but it looked like a male, more likely to look like Oliver. She was sure it was Oliver. She wanted to see him so badly, but it would be so awkward knowing that you slept with your sibling and now have two beautiful babies in the nursery. The shadow disappeared as she got up out of bed to open the door. She had no idea why Oliver wouldn't talk to her about what just happened. Why didn't he want to talk about the island or Heather or anything? Was he trying to avoid her because of the whole being related thing? Why was he outside the door in the first place?

Amelia moved at regular speed, lifting one foot at a time as she climbed back into bed not thinking about anything. She calmed herself down when a nurse finally comes into the room with folders. She had dark hair and light blue eyes. She looked very friendly and a person that is easy to talk to. The folder she was holding looked a bit heavy. She looks a bit sad looking when she finally gets to Amelia's bed. She brushes her hand against Amelia's arm. The folder the nurse was holding looked a bit big. It looked like a lot of paperwork to fill out.

"Here are the birth certificates for your twins," she says.

Amelia looked up at the nurse as she grabs the documents out of her hands. She grabs the pen off the desk and starts filling in the paperwork.

"I will go pass this over to the front to put this in the system for you," she says.

The nurse walked out of the room, holding all the paperwork for her two children. She was about to ask her about where her babies were, but she didn't get a word out. She sunk in her bed and went back to staring at the wall when she noticed the shadow at the window once again. Maybe she just imagined it. The shadow began to move, its still a male figure shadow, it's definitely Oliver. She sighed loudly and waited for her babies to come back.

The shadow disappears when Amelia looks back. The door handle moves down, and the door opened just ajar and kept opening. A tall blonde girl stood in the doorway. She had a skinny body, a great outfit and a diamond necklace around her neck. She looked perfect.

"Who are you," Amelia asked.

The tall blonde woman sat at the edge of her bed and held her hand. The girl looked familiar. She had her mother's eyes, the nice ocean blue eyes.

"Amelia, It's Celia, you're cousin."

Amelia stopped in her place but didn't have time to react when the nurse bought in her babies, or so she thought. The nurse only bought in her daughter and not her son. Amelia thought maybe she would go and get her son after she dropped off her daughter, so she wasn't panicking.

"Hey Minnie, my gorgeous girl."

Minnie snuggled up to her mother and slowly closed her eyes. Amelia placed her finger over her palm, and she closed her baby hands around her finger. Amelia shredded a tear in joy. She never imagined having a baby. She couldn't wait to meet her son properly. Celia gently took Minnie off Amelia while she waited to hold her son. Celia tickled Minnie under the chin and let out a tiny smile. Amelia's heart raced as she saw her precious smile.

It was over an hour before another nurse had come in, but she didn't have her baby boy. The nurse looked like she was going to give her the bad news. She stood at the end of the hospital bed with a smaller folder. They both locked eyes. Celia sat there, staring at both Amelia and the nurse waiting for one of them to speak.

"It's your son. He needs surgery."
